Had a great experience staying there, we had 2 room set both were nice, ask for a sheet change if needed! The room is spacious The washroom are nice and clean. The reception is open all the time. Owner is nice. Overall experience was nice.

When I saw the hotel and room at first glance it seemed promising but then when I saw the cleanliness of the room it was terrible. I found a bunch of female hair in the room. The floor of the room wasn't clean, dirty sheets and there were male hairs on the pillows. The food menu in the room was so dirty and sticky that I didn't want to touch it and the food we ordered was half-cooked with not good taste and felt like I am eating stale food. Overall totally worst experience. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pro: Rooms are spacious. Bathroom neat nd clean. View is Awesome. Near Pacific mall so you roam easily in the night. Cons: Service Not upto mark. Early morning kitchen service also late. Property is good but not taken care properly.

Staff is very good. Sumit and bhupendra are very good human beings and hard workers. They gives you a family vibes. Overall great peaceful place 😊

Rooms are spacious.... Maximum room have balcony from there I can see mountains far ahead.. food is good, housekeeping is very polite... Services are fast.. People are gracious.. My stay is Hassel free. Proper lights and AC is working well... They also have power backup.... It is also a centre point of FRI AND Gucuupanni....

Great hotel. Free wifi has 1Mbps speed. Staffs are good except for one reason. Cons: Didn't cleaned the toilet seat even after repeated complaint. Food is bit pricey. They took cash for food bill. They have reflective heater and not blower. Room 104 is bit cold. A blower would have helped better.

I loved the stay at Hotel Jagat Residency. Mr. Sachin Singh at the reception was friendly and managed all things very well. Sumit, who was on alternate duty was helpful too. Vikas who was on room service did his job pretty well. The location of the hotel is amazing. Just 1 Km from the Pacific Mall. Beautiful surroundings, good parking space. Most importantly rooms are very spacious. Never seen an OYO room like this. I would recommend this hotel to everyone without a doubt.
