I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is spot-on, next to Pacific Mall, neatly maintained, comfortable rooms and a hopitable staff. The view from resturant is of the hills and on a rainy day it looks beautiful. Breakfast variety is good enough with additional on demand quick prep dishes they offer. Being next to a big mall is also a plus, one can go and have lunch/ breakfast of choice if needed There is a recreation room with some indoor games including a pool table.

I stayed at the hotel this week, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. My mother was not keeping well, so I made a special request for her meal …and the chef prepared it exactly as needed. I truly appreciated that gesture. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. In fact, I believe the staff are the best attraction of any hotel..everything else comes after that. The service was excellent, and the generosity and hospitality of the hotel were truly on point. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, care, and exceptional service.

Good hotel and staff. In room dinning is expensive. Courtyard view rooms are rooms facing Pacific mall (lack view of nature). Valley view rooms are superb. There is no golf course view room (as shown in mmt). Over all, satisfied with services.

I have visited this hotel a couple of times and every time the experience has been excellent. The food is really good, hygiene is well maintained, and the overall look and ambiance of the hotel are impressive.||Special thanks to Vikas Bhandari for providing such great service.
