location is excellent 5/5 Service -5/5 - special thanks to the person in the reception and other staff also. They were really helpful and value their customer. Rooms are fine but bathroom was little smelly. 4/5

Pathetic. Lift not working. Flush not working properly. Cleaning is not done properly. You have to call room service atleast 3 times if you need something. Torn bedsheets with dirt spots and a very uncomfortable mattress. Don't book this hotel just looking the entrance. Owner need to be more vigilant otherwise this property will be shut sooner or later.

Review: A Painful Experience at Hotel Radiance Paradise, Dehradun (June 15-16, 2024) Our stay at Hotel Radiance Paradise in Dehradun from June 15 to 16, 2024, was nothing short of a nightmare. Returning from our Mussoorie tour, we decided to stay in Dehradun and booked this hotel at the exorbitant price of 3600 INR, which supposedly included breakfast and extra bedding for our kids. Unfortunately, our experience was a far cry from what was promised. The rooms were incredibly untidy, and the bathrooms reeked of a foul smell. The state of cleanliness was appalling and far from acceptable. The staff's service was equally disappointing. In the evening, when we requested the extra bed for our kids, they started making excuses, claiming it was not included in our booking and demanded extra payment. The same scenario repeated in the morning when they insisted we pay extra for the kids' breakfast, contradicting what was initially agreed upon. The breakfast itself was a disaster. We were told there would be multiple options to choose from, but in reality, there was only one option: tea and paratha. This limited choice added to our frustration and made for a very unpleasant morning. To top it all off, the water situation was appalling. We carried a water jug due to the hot weather and asked the staff to refill it. When we tried to drink the water, it was warm and had a stinking, bathroom-like odor. This was utterly unacceptable and posed a health risk. Overall, our stay at Hotel Radiance Paradise was a painful experience. The combination of poor service, unhygienic conditions, and misleading promises made it clear that this hotel should not exist. We strongly advise against staying here.

Worst place to stay. Don’t book a room here if you looking out for a swift stay. The cook is almost not available, rooms are unhygienic. Very unhealthy environment. You have better option nearby

Pathetic Hotel with pathetic service. Check-in is done and keys are handover to customer without cleaning the room, without checking basic availability of towels, water, room and bathroom cleaning, etc. Room was smelling with cigarette. bathroom was smelly due to shaft had to put exhaust fan ON whole night to avoid smell. Windows had no lock (it was broken). They even bothered to check room before check-in. Door lock of one room was not working, had to left it open whole night. Staff is not rude but unreceptive, when highlighted for different issues faced they were not ready to work upon it rather busy with excuses. Need to call several time for basic facilities. Totally unprofessional staff.

Worst hotel staff I have seen, so rude, arrogant don’t know the basics of dealing with customer, behaves like cheap shopkeeper. First hotel I have ever seen who charges for extra blanket in winter season, they don’t care about old aged people. Dirty and smelly beddings. Don’t waste your money in this hotel if going with a family, any 500rs hotel room and their staff are far better than Radiance paradise. #Hotel management team- Please train your employees or hire some educated professionals who know how to work in hotel industry. Or re-evaluate your hotel policies if instructed to work like that.

Located at the furthest end of Rajpur Road, the Hotel is literally terribly run. While the charges are in range of 4 stars, service is pathetic! Faced issues like - Geyser not working, very unhygienic rooms, unavailability of staff for water/tea till 8AM, Stinking rooms Staff - Terribly inhospitable staff with no decency & customer centricity. Avoid this hotels at any cost.

I made a booking of 2 rooms on 22nd March 2019 in Hotel Radiance Paradise,Dehradun with a booking ID: OALS1405, where I checked-in with 3 other friends in the evening around 9 pm. We had breakfast included. The washrooms were very dirty in both of the rooms with a very unpleasant smell. There were even condoms in the dustbins of the washrooms. There was not even a percent of hygiene maintained. Then in the morning at breakfast the hotel limited the food items that we can order from Breakfast menu, and was even not ready to provide the quantity of those food items as well. The time by when this issue was resolved we were done with the hotel and we checked-out. It was a very poor experience. Writing the same complaint to OYO, they replied "My apologies, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to the relevant team. They will do the needful" since the day I have not received a single reply from them. They have not responding to my further mails as well.
