My recent stay at FabHotel City Palace near Dehradun Railway Station was a satisfactory experience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly convenient for travelers, offering easy access to transportation facilities. The staff was generally polite and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel left room for improvement, and some areas showed signs of wear and tear. The room, though adequately furnished, lacked certain amenities that one might expect in a hotel of this category. While the stay was decent for a short visit, enhancements in cleanliness and room amenities would elevate the overall guest experience. A three-star rating reflects a middling yet acceptable stay at FabHotel City Palace.

Pros: very near to railway station. Staff was helpful. Room is well ventilated. Food is gud. Overall a comfortable stay. Cons: we're charged for early check in which was too much

This is a run down place and needs good renovation . One thing that really bothered me was that the bed had bed bugs. The moment i got into their blanket to sleep . They kept biting and i couldn't sleep . Very bad hygiene. I asked them for a bedsheet instead and they said they don't have a bedsheet as the hotel is full . If u r looking for clean and hygienic place to spend the night then this is not for you.

I am not sure why this hotel has 4.8 rating It is situated in a shady place. It was very dirty, had underwear hanging, the washroom was not clean and smelled. I paid 2,000 rs a night and the experience for just an hour was so bad that we had to checkout early and book another stay. Do not recommend

They are not Cooperative and receptionist is not entering us in hotel before 12 PM. They are denied to use washroom for changing.
