Only thing good about this hotel is its price. Heater is not sufficient to warm up the room as they give a small Blower on extra charge. Hessle free check-in and checkout. WiFi was not working, no in room amenities like coffee maker, slippers, bathrobe, etc provided. Some people will like the way oyo is designing its room. No more fancy decoration, simple and plain colour, not eye catchy for everyone. Food quality was also not good. Could be much better.

It looks like a property that has the potential of being one of the finer hotels in Dehradun. But sadly, they were in a hurry to open it without completing it. The floors above the first are still being completed while the rooms albeit spacious have an incomplete feel. The furnishings are great, but service leaves alot to be desired. Would expect the hotel to be running on all engines in a few weeks but I would give it a miss for now.

Firstly, I have to say that the location is perfect. Secondly, the rooms are tidy and spacious. The breakfast is not so good though. I'd suggest to look for somewhere else to have breakfast. The staff is friendly and well behaved. It's a good choice if you're looking for really good rooms for budget.

Hi I m still staying in this property and it’s been 30 days already . Reason why I have chosen this hotel since it’s close to my office.when my company book this hotel for 30 days they have given information that our kitchen is under maintenance you can order from Zomato and we allow them to leave the delivery but now since yesterday they all of sudden they have given this information that we can’t order food from outside. I believe they can’t force there guest to have only food from their kitchen it’s as per my wish Secondly all of sudden they have also started taking charged for plate and spoon that’ was 100 rs .moreover for every basic thing you need to remind the staff like water bottles and changing of towels , room cleaning , the problem of frequent power cuts in night are often and this is when I m not staying in the hotel completely since (9:30-6:30) I’m in mine office all the time This hotel is worst then flagship category before booking please see this review. .the hotel staff (mr Manish )was very rude and impolite in behaviour I think he should be more trained on hospitality aspects.

Place is so so, no owned kitchen, you will have to go for all eatable things in matket or order online. Reception staff is very RUDE, don't have manners how to talk and behave with a customer (Guest). No slippers in rooms, not any good view from almost all rooms. No room ac was working after complaint also it couldn't work.

The staff is very polite i would like to nominate mr. himanshu pandy cooperative and takes care of cleanliness and is present for the service all the time. The location is also very nice with a pretty view from the balcony. and its my recommendation hotel should be staed owne house restaurant & room service.thanks mr.himanushu to make my vist hope will see you soon ...

Worst experience ever of a hotel. No room service. Shabby room. No tea or coffee. No breakfast. No wonder they charge you in advance so even if you want to change your hotel you lose your deposit completely

1. You might think from pics the property is excellent BUT it's not , it's used stinky property. 2. Bathroom have algae and smell , rooms are not square nothing, shapeless 3. Beds are not in great shape Property is more like a normal Oyo not townhouse
