Hotel Kamla Palace

After a long time I experienced customer centric intent at Kamala Palace. Simple things that matter - sir, We do have toothpaste & brush to provide at a charge OR it's available in near by store if u want to pick up, These are inputs for taxi but pls discuss rates with them directly, Smiling when serving, etc. Small but important things to make a stay 'pleasant'.

the rooms require lot of maintenance , the roof corners are starting to break , the ac is totally broken. not really nice. we ordered manchurian and chana chaat both were really bad. the staff is quite good.

Located 4kms from railway station and 2 kms from bus stand Stayed on way to mussoorie and back from mussoorie Day 1 stay was good the room was ok and bathroom was clean Day 2 stay the room and bathroom were small and not so clean Day 2 stay no hot water during the whole stay (solar heater with common geyser no individual heater in room But if you are looking for budget stay then this is the place

Kamla palace is a good hotel to stay from balcony of the particular room you can The Mountain ranges it is so beautiful. Room are quite good and reasonable in price. Public transportation also available at hotel dppr step.

This is the place where I got engaged to my love in 2013. The place is good. Their service is also good. Food & snacks are up to the mark. U can throw a party of 200 people.

Centre of the city you can move all locations of dehradun easily from there go their if you value time want yourself to locate centraly otherwise there is traffic pollution

Located near all necessary amenities, transport, shopping, food joints. Does not boast of a great service experience. But offers the comfort of good clean rooms in budget.
