Super OYO City Square Hotel

The behaviour of receptionist is very rude. He seems always angry. Not supportive at all. Very poor attitude. His attitude hasn't changed at all since last time I visited here and I reported the same that time. But he's not changed. Very poor experience. Room number 106 is very poorly ventilated and smelling very bad. You are taking 1000 rs for a night and don't even clean the room and it smell so bad and very poor ventilation. Washroom is not clean at all and smelling so bad. Very bad experience.

No Room service, No lift working, Awkward area, Fan noise. Room change should be 400 to 500 maximum instead of 1400..

Hotel rooms are ok. But a huge problem is lift not working all the time. When you ask they say voltage problem but it's not working all the time. The most disgusting thing is hotel manegers behaviour. He is the worst hotel maneger I have mate meanwhile the staff working for room service or cleaning they are very good.

Budget hotel,normal facilities,no power back up, slow service,but location is very good mid in market, no parking space. Average budget hotel.

Morning time front desk manager behaviour very rude. Lifts are not working. But room service are too good. They are very hard worker. And room cleaning service is best.

Very very bad experience. I had booked the room with breakfast but never served it. I was told by the manager that they never serve any breakfast.Located in a sabzi and wholesale Mandi. Dirty and wornout bedsheets. Ride and indifferent attitude of the staff.
