Room deserve 500rs not 1k. Old rooms, smelly towels, bad soap. Room Service was good. Although you have to call them as there were no intercom. It's a small hotel. The owner is polite, Bargain for price!

I had really bad experience there. Untrained and unsupportive staff. Smelly, noisy and full of cockroaches. No channels on TV, I stayed with my family and felt embarrassed as most of the time staff was talking in abusive language to each other. And next morning I found no water supply in the washroom and instead of solving the problem they said to us you can shift in our other room which even doesn't have the doors. My mom was sick and after hearing this shocked very difficult for her to handle this situation, they didn't seem to be responsible towards my family. The owner was really aggressive and rude. Biggest mistake of my life and total waste of money.

The location of the hotel is at a pretty decent place. Hotel has its own restaurant, and due its location near nainital road, you can go outside to eat too. At night city looks pretty amazing with all lights and glamour. The owner is well spoken but the receptionist tries to look oversmart and is stupid. Overall hotel is great for stay

I would rather call it a home stay to be really honest, it's basically a home being rented out as a hotel, rooms and bathrooms were tidy though some of the washrooms didn't had basic amenities like a wash basin and just in case if you're expecting room services well don't cuz you won't get any.

It does deserve a single star It was very bad experience Basic facilities also not available, No water to drink , Lot of smell, No washbasin in bathroom Size of bathroom is too much small No hot water 24 hrs No one to attend properly It’s basically a house not a hotel It’s a mess to stay in Gagandeep Regency
