This Hotel is good, we like it. It's located at prime location. The staff and the manager are so friendly and cooperative. I like the way staff treat their guest. I found staff is good and they are always ready to provide service subjected to owner's wish. Rooms are well furnished and hygienic. The washrooms are hygienically maintained.once you visit should try their chapati, chapati here are just like home. One of the good hotel in Haldwani.

It was a long weekend and there were no rooms available in Hotels but CASA was our last resort and they have given us Room no 301 with a separate balcony. People can also try street food near this hotel such as Chole kulche and Chole bhature for Breakfast.
