This budget-friendly hotel offers spacious rooms, though amenities could be improved. The view from the upper floors is amazing. Parking can be a challenge due to the narrow access road, and guests should note the ₹150 entry fee for Mall Road each time they bring a car. Breakfast options are limited but decent overall. We had been to Hotel Phoenix second time on 21 Feb. We were 4 people (2 couples) for our wedding anniversary celebration. we had wonderful time, enjoyed alot and its just 2 mins walk from mall road specifically located just behind ropeway. The food, service and hospitality everything was good. They have parking space aswell. Once take this stay as in consideration if you are planing for Mussorie.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, thanks to the excellent service provided by Mr. Rajesh, the hotel manager. He was extremely attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. He went above and beyond to address my requests promptly and made me feel truly valued as a guest. His professionalism and warm hospitality made my visit memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and appreciate Rajesh's outstanding efforts!

Amazing place to stay, the room and location is awesome, it's in center of mall road just below the gun hill cable car. Staff is very helpful and polite.. breakfast included with the stay was awesome. Place is very clean and well maintained, definitely will visit it again.

The Hotel services and the Rooms are very good. U definitely get the feel of staying at a good Hotel as u are provided with all the amenities in the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is superbly delicious. Only you have to do bit exercise to get there as it is located bit down the hill at Mall Road but then good thing is u get the concierge facility for ur car if u r not a expert hill driver. Overall experience of staying at the property is really good 👍

I had a disappointing experience and was not satisfied with the room. The windows were broken, and the telecommunications system, along with several other items, was not functioning properly. The geyser also didn't work well, so we had to bathe with cold water. The blanket provided was inadequate, leaving us feeling cold. However, the location was good, and the view from the mirror was pleasant.

Staff was very polite and co-operative because we asked for a early checkin and they provided us that. Room was neat and clean. Location was very near to Mall Road. I will surely recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues.
