Mango Tree Courtyard Mussoorie

This was our second stay at the property and first time at the deluxe cottage which was totally worth the price. The staff is helpful and ensures that the stay is smooth and comfortable. While staying nestled in the cozy corners, the property also has the advantage of being in close proximity to the mall road which is at a walking distance. Food is good too.

This hotel doesn't deserve its 4.5-star rating—it's far too high for the service they provide. They make you walk about 1.5 km uphill with your luggage, and don't care about their customers at all. My wife had to carry her luggage in freezing 2°C weather, and all they said was, "It's your problem, we don't have a driver for pickup or drop-off." No one should book this hotel after reading this. Trust me, if you choose to stay here, your trip to Mussoorie will be a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs! 😡

During my stay i am fully satisfied. Very clean & organized cottage and best part is mountain view. Staff is very polite, well behaved and very helpful especially Mr. Mahadev Bhatt he is very co-operative. He helps me in my foot injury after my check out time. Mr. Sachin Saichen is very good guy in all way. I wish them all the best in their future 👍👍Whenever will visit to mussoorie definetly will stay in this hotel & recommend my family & friends.

Had a great experience at the Mango Tree hotel. We stayed here for two days at the luxury room. The rooms were very spacious with a beautiful balcony that offers a breathtaking view of Mussorie. The location of the hotel is pretty great, around 300m from the Mall Road. It is better to take hotel a couple hundred metres away from the Mall Road to avoid the hustle and bustle. The service was good too, the staff was polite and catered to all of our needs. The only thing we find a bit avaerge was the food. Rest everything was great!

Great Stay. Wow food, Hospitality excellent. Specially Mr Kushal great and supportive, understand the need of guests and fulfill accordingly. Believe next month again a visit to Mussoorie.

The most horrible, pathetic, dirty and smelly hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The beds, quilts, and room in itself had horrible dampness. The pillows had fungus on them. The staff was rude and unhelpful. We spent ₹10500/- for a night at their cottage. It was in such a bad condition that the roof was leaking and the floor was damp. When we complained about the same, they kept dirty buckets under the leakage; right in the middle of the room. We actually replaced the quilts with our towels, hoodies and shawls to sleep. My kids were so cold at night. My mom held the railing on the staircase and it came out, resulting her in losing her balance. My father faced a breathing issue due to the smell in the room & we had to return from our trip the very next day. It took him 3 days to recover. Better stay in a tent than this pathetic, ugly and smelly hotel. Attaching images for you all to see.

Location of hotel is at camel back road which hardly 5 min walking from mall road ,rooms are big with sofa set , rooms have balcony which have scenic view, breakfast options are good and good in taste, thanks to manager MR. MAHADEV he take care of everything .All in all it is option worth every penny .

It's a great place on the mall road. Staff were very courteous and enabled transfers without any fuss to their Ddn property. Manager Mahadev was very helpful. Great stay during a stressful time for us.
