Sangam by Stotrak, Jhula Ghar, Mussoorie

Great place I love it. Receptionist (Shah) she assist me very well, I was on the wrong route she guided me very politely and Rooms were clear all the appliances were working. View from room was awesome. Breakfast was tasty. Price was also nominal. Just one suggestion the hotel Board should be on Mall Road. It is not visible properly. Other than this everything was great. Thank You Sangam for the warm stay.

Stunning Views & Friendly Service at Sangam by Stotrak, Mussoorie My wife and I recently stayed at Sangam by Stotrak in Mussoorie and were captivated by the breathtaking mountain views from our room. The hotel's location is a major plus, offering easy access to the charm of Mussoorie. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though some minor maintenance could enhance the experience. We encountered a minor issue with the lock upon arrival, but the hotel staff responded swiftly and efficiently. While our room was impeccably clean, a small area of peeling paint on the wall was easily noticeable. The staff at Sangam by Stotrak were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. However, the lack of dedicated parking for four-wheelers proved to be a significant inconvenience, especially considering the hilly terrain. Overall, Sangam by Stotrak offers a good value for money, particularly given its proximity to Mall Road and the incredible views. A few minor improvements could further enhance the experience, but we recommend this hotel for families and couples looking for a comfortable and affordable stay with stunning mountain vistas.

The staff and hotel environment are impressive. We visited last month for a friend's bachelor party, and Sangam made our trip unforgettable with their excellent service. "I recently returned from Mussoorie last week and had booked my stay at Hotel Sangum. It was an excellent hotel with top-notch service. The food was tailored to our demands and tasted amazing. Place is on mall road, neat and clean. Room service is great, hotel staff (Ms Vidhushi) and kitchen staff is very supportive. Food taste is also good. Hotel is slightly 10 meters down from mall road which makes it best i.e. no traffic noise, making your stay peacefull. My room also had valley view.

The hotel’s loaction is the best. The Rooms were clean and hygienic. I had breakfast for two days, the food quality is wholesome and tasty.|Room service was extraordinary.|We checked in hotel at late night, and even then, the receptionist came to open the gate with just one call.|The staff is polite and very helpful in every aspect.|Highly recommended

All the rooms has excellent view , the mattress are firm n perfect especially fr me with back issue..the food was tasty. and was very prompt on time. The .. morning time got ample sunlight. . The room was very spacious.......highly recommend to all...value fr money....
