Hotel Mall Palace

This would be my first hotel that i would have rated five stars.Everything was reasonably in order except at the checkout we had to shell out 10% service charge.We would have paid 5 to 8% tip anyway but then a voluntary tip gives u more satisfaction. Rooms were clean and bathroom was cleaner.Service was fast and portion size of the food was always acceptable. 4 out of 5 times food was delicious.Wifi ,elevator and tv were in good working condition. Valet parking was available.View from the balcony was spectacular. Room size was big enough and tea bags were supplied in sufficient quantity. Staff was well behaved especially at reception. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay there with my family. This is child friendly also . One thing to improve in it is morning Tea which was not available in their menu.

It's a Dharamshala. I have been to other hotels in mussoorie at the same price. Rooms are not maintained. Very Old and shady vibes. The only thing that was good was the view, but the balcony was not clean. Rooms need a deep cleaning or over all renovation. Staff - polite and helpful. Food - haven't ordered any food so can't comment.

The Mall Palace has surpassed my expectations. Location wise it's perfect for watching mesmerizing Dehradun view at night. Located on the central position of Mall Road, just opposite to the Ropeway counter. Room condition was also satisfying, neat and clean large room with balcony. And most important thing is their outstanding room service. They are just one call away. Food is also tasty and hygienic. So I'll definitely recommend everyone to stay here if you plan to go Mussoorie...

It's good, staff is amazing and very helpfull, food is also good I was thinking that I'm eating in my home, roti was very gud as like as similar to home. Staff is very supportive and very nice with behavior. Very polite with u always ready to help u. View is very nice from our room.

If you do booking in this hotel prepare your self you might get kick out anytime and because of location these people scams the customer if you ha e booking and you alloted then after 2 or 3 hours later they might tell you we gave you wrong room there was a booking already and they will kick you.. I saw one customer before me and even they have done with us... the guy in reception too rude and before giving the room they already check and then he will tell you that no there was a booking.. these are scammer.

I had an amazing experience at the Mall Palace hotel, very prompt service, very friendly staff. The balcony view rooms have amazing views. Hotel staff was very courteous and served us within seconds. Couldn't ask for a better stay in Mussoorie, also the hotel has its own parking which is a plus point. Very happy with the services and the staff. Looking forward to my next stay there. Would recommend 10/10. Review based on stay in month of February 2024.
