Amara Hill Queen Mussoorie - Right on Mall Road

The mobile network was non-existent both inside and outside the rooms, and the Wi-Fi was inoperative. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, the worst we've encountered in over two decades. Despite paying ₹11,000 for a two-day stay via Agoda, the room conditions were subpar. This morning, we faced a considerable delay of an hour when retrieving our vehicle from the parking area, from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, due to intoxicated hotel staff. On February 11, 2024, my wife and I experienced multiple issues at the hotel during our picnic, leading us to conclude that it is unsuitable for discerning guests.

Pros - Location and cleanliness. Cons - Bad infrastructure, below average room without balcony. Bathroom door handle was broken. Bad food quality- found housefly in the food but hotel staffs were not bothered at all.. didn't replace the food container and served the same food to the guests. Hotel staff didn't even apologise. Don't waste your money, there are many hotel options in this price range. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't consider this hotel even if you get it in 500 Rs per day charges.

The hotel is at good location, on Mall Road. Not maintained properly. Unhygienic, untrained staff, worst breakfast and very poor parking area. Bedsheets had blood strain, when asked to change...they were murmuring. Not recommended 👎. Mr. Bais, plz take care of it.

Location is right on the mall. Staff is very friendly. Food is good as well. We had our college reunion here.

Had a great experience at Amara Hill Queen,The rooms were spacious & comfortable with great view and the location of the hotel is just perfect, food was also delicious and the staff is friendly & polite. Overall, had a good time and will surely say it’s a wonderful place to stay for a holiday..!!

This is to bring in a notice of the Management, front desk people are reluctant to sell. On call they would say rooms are available upon arrival they would strictly deny the same. Today on 09.08.24 at 4.30 pm they are fully sold all of there rooms are sold out as they are claiming. Am close to shock, however rooms are available on online portals but the front desk people are reluctant to offer room. This is insane, inspite of having rooms why would they deny! This is fishy. Better to avoid this place.

In cheap room tv doesn't work and water facility was bad . In breakfast Food was okish but Idly was not Good . In some there was not outside view And in front of B3 there was monkey poop

We had a really good experience staying in Amara Hill queen hotel.The staff was polite and understanding. Staff behaved professionally and was kind towards any of our requests
