Rooms were nice The location is absolutely amazing you get a beautiful doon view And is just adjoining to mall the mall road We stayed with kids and kids meal were provided. Overall it was a comfortable stay

Rooms are clean but the staff is very unsupportive and extremely rude , the location of hotel is very deep from mall road . A narrow , dangerous and very risky steep approach road from hotel to mall road. Totally unsatisfactory experience . Not worthy

it’s very difficult to reach though it’s not on mall road , but needs to go very deep down the road to reach , the approach road is very dangerous and steep, the owner (on the reception) is extremely rude and unsupportive person, buffet breakfast is not actually buffet they serve you poori bhaji and poha only Worst worst experience of my life

My recent stay at Amparo Hotel Mussoorie was far from satisfactory. The condition of the rooms was dismal, with noticeable lack of cleanliness, old paint peeling off, and stained walls giving an overall shabby appearance. The approach road to the hotel was extremely steep, making it inconvenient for guests, especially those with mobility issues. One of the biggest letdowns was the breakfast, which lacked variety and options. Although the taste was passable, it hardly made up for the lack of choices. Considering the overall experience, the hotel does not offer value for money. During my stay, I had to repeatedly complain to the hotel staff about the cleanliness of the rooms, which should have been addressed prior to my arrival. The only redeeming factors were its proximity to Mall Road and a decent view. However, these aspects alone cannot compensate for the numerous shortcomings. Given the plethora of better options available in the same price range, I would strongly advise against staying at Amparo Hotel Mussoorie.

The Hotel is situated on the Mall Road giving an advantage to hop around for some shopping and scenic beauty. The staff was really polite, courteous and helpful. The food was very good and overall had a nice stay. The road was pretty steep to reach the hotel.

The hotel is situated a little way off from the main mall road which we personally liked as the property felt away from the hustle bustle yet connected to the mall road. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We really liked the room and the bathroom was clean too. The room service was nice as well though we felt the prices were a bit on the higher side. The staff was also well behaved and cooperative. The buffet breakfast was pretty basic but served clean and fresh. All in all, it was a good experience for us.

Very good property right next to mall road. Rooms are well maintained. View from the balcony is wow! Only complaint is about the shower water going all over the bathroom and having no mat outside to keep feet dry. Also please provide better quality slippers for the room. Location is great but a little hard to find and surely hard to drive. But the hotel provides help to take the car up and down from the road to the parking. Food was excellent and service very friendly. We had almost all meals at the hotel's restaurant

So we booked this hotel via MMT and by mistake we choose a wrong month and our payment was prepaid. Even after our several request they were not ready to change dates for us and we even agreed to pay the room charges extra as per that month. They behaved very rude and arrogantly with us. It was our hard earned money and we requested them a lot to cooperate But they were making excuse that their sales department are not ready to do so. So far we know this is a very small hotel with limited staff and the excuse they are making is a complete lie. Please don’t book this one as there is 0 customer service.
