Hotel Queen Plaza

I hope the owner reads my review and maintain the property atleast. I had not so good experience at the hotel, my room was smelly, there were oil patches on the mattresses, dirt on the floor and floor was broken too :) I could not even spend one hour at checked out within one hour. Please spare some money on maintaining the hotel. I even checked with the receptionist to change the room but unfortunately there was no room left. I even asked receptionist to change atleast the sheets she denied saying mam its just an oil patch we can’t do anything about it. I felt very uncomfortable in the room, please make a note of this and fix rooms.

If there was an option of 0 star I would have given that to It is by far the worst hotel that I have stayed , You don’t have the basic needs of even water for using the washroom and rooms are very dirty and hospitality is totally zero,the washrooms are really very bad and unhygienic,they even do not provide bottled water,even the bedsheets where all dirty and stained and if asked to change they had none and did not respond back, the staff are really very rude and not responsive.Even when complained to the owner and the manger are threatening us ,as in not to complain or speak abt the hotel Orelse they would complain to police of misbehavior Please do not consider about going to this hotel and consider other options nearby .

I visit this place with friends, this location is so beautiful and peaceful. And Hotel Queen Plaza facility and staff behaviour is so good and friendly.

Hotel Queen plaza is one of the best hotel of Uttrakhand in Missouri. Where you can get the Luxurious fellings, comfortable rooms and best service..one of the best comfortable hotel in mussoorie..

Very bad experience. Staff is of very misbehaved nature especially Rajender Sharma, he is worst behaved person, not eligible for reception job especially for Hotel job. Very rude person. Even they don’t provide a single spoon if customer doesn’t order from their kitchen. Rooms are very congested & wash rooms are not well maintained. Customers go on their own risk.
