Hotel EllBee Mussoorie Hills

The stay was incredibly pleasant, with exceptional service throughout. The staff was genuinely friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of sweet and savory options. In the evening, delightful snacks were served alongside Tea/Coffee, adding a special touch to the experience. The location is just a 2 minute walk from Library Chowk, making it convenient for day trips. Highly recommended!

They gave us the room without changing anything from the previous stay. There were hairs and dirt on the bed, which they then changed. We ordered ice cream and found paper in it. We also found a pin in the vermicelli, which was a health risk. The breakfast buffet was below average. The rooms were average. The staff were nice. The washroom was nice. No complaints about the AC.

The stay was very pleasant and the service was absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and helps in any needs. The breakfast buffet was also good and with many varieties of sweet and savory items along with Tea/Coffee. In the evening, they serve little snacks with Tea/Coffee. The location is 2 min away from the library Chowk with makes it easier for any day trips.

Our stay in Ell Bee was great. The location is on point and all required amenities are available. The staff is very polite and helping. Quick service. A special mention to hotel's food, all breakfast items were very tasty and the high tea was all we needed in the evening to recharge. We had a pleasant stay here. Services are top notch. The alley view from the hotel, the parking space and peaceful environment are add ons.

The overall experience at the Hotel has been fantastic. Right from the Check In the hospitality has been of highest standards. Be it rooms, food or staff, each and every aspect has been taken well care of. Keep up the good work team. Will visit and recommend other's to visit too. Cheers!!
