Hotel Deep,Mussoorie

It was a nice experience. The hotel is located near proximity to Mall Road, Picture Palace. The hospitality they offer is commendable and so is the food. Ambience is really nice. Rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very amiable and courteous. Overall we had the best stay at Hotel Deep Mussoorie. Kudos to the entire team 👏!!

We stayed in the terrace rooms . The bedsheets and room and washroom were super clean. Food was good and staff were friendly and courteous . The managers were kind enough to help us with the travel iteanrry. Had a good experencie here , must visit place on Mall Road

nice place to stay with family. location is also we like just adjacent to mall road, very convenient to shopping and staff also well mannered . meal served also well cooked.|rooms are well cleaned. we enjoyed our trip. basic amenities also provided in rooms like intercom tv etc.

I stayed in the ac room which was excellent. Hotel is on mall road so best 👌 location. The bathroom were premiums and hotel gad a woeld class gym and all nice amenities. The beds were warm and cozy

Best hotel in Mussoorie with top hospitality and staff. . Lovely place with super tasty food. Their bread omelette and tea was superb . The view was nice and staff was friendly and very attentive ., They came in quick time , if we requested them for something. The bed was cozy and they provided special assistance for my mother. Must visit hotel with family

Property is slightly away from mall road , but at walking distance . Rooms are good and well managed and clean. Rooms have excellent hill views from rooms . Rooms have hot water facility . ||You have many food options if you move towards mall road which is about 500 yards from hotel . Rooms are well located and have hill facing view also. But monkey is a menace opposite the rooms. It is difficult to take food on the tables opposite the rooms .||Parking is on lower road of the hotel and it is free. ||Management is very cooperative and helped me to give room on lower floor due to my need.||But canteen is a big issue . Paranthas are cooked very thick , burnt black and cooking medium is also not good . Took up the matter with them but they had excuses of change of cook, which cannot be believed .||I request the proprietor sh gupta ji to taste / see the paranthas being supplied on at random basis .||However I thank the properietor and staff for hospitality and arrangements.

True Luxury , nice and clean washrooms with great staff and superb food quality. Beds were big and clean with an essence of luxury in it . The hotel has a gym which was great and the view of Himalayas was superb.

The room the view and everything was amazing until some guy came over and took our phones and rated the hotel a whole 5 stars and left a review “Beat bathroom and clean bedsheets” however the bedsheets weren’t clean enough the bathroom was decent but there was an issue with hot water we had to call them every now and then the room was not well maintained all the dust and waste was left under the bed
