Nishantam Mussoorie

Lovely homestay with very attentive staff. Naveen did a great job of catering for our family. Was very peaceful to have the views over the valley and loved the spacious rooms. Also would make mention of how much we enjoyed the homely food and variety.

Definitely the best place near mall road with a mesmerizing view from their room balcony. Every tourist attraction in mussoorie is only about an hour from the property. The staff does their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. It was my first trip to mussoorie and probably the best I'll ever have even if i go there again because of Nishantam and It's management.

The property has problem with water and in last 2 days of stay water was not available 4 times in the washroom. Not managed properly. Moreover there is parking issue. Guys don’t take this properly you will regret if you have car and taking the car from below to top there are chances of accidents and moreover dont give to hotel owner for parking as he will put lots of scratch in the vehicle. Not recommend at all

Pathetic place to stay in! Staff is confused and despite calling them several times, they don’t respond! It’s an old place and looks run down. the guy at reception has no clue of what is going on. Not worth the money charged by them for the rooms! Please save your money and go to some other hotel which will give you good rooms and good service at half the price !

Everything was good... I just didn't like one thing..that I booked glass room with balcony 10 days prior to my trip for two days and that too with zero cancellation charge...and at the time of arrival they given me another room..and the next day I was shifted to that room.. it was completely mismanagement..

We stayed at this lovely pet friendly homestay Nishantam for 4 nights. Such a beautiful property. Food was awesome. Location is superb, very close to Mall road and other seight seeing places. Staff are very attentive and care taker Mr Naveen and Mr Sandeep are such a gentleman always ready to assist. Tips for all travelers in mussoorie you can't find better stay experience than this property. Suraj Malhotra

Pathetic service. Only 1 towel provided for 3 guests in a room in time span of 2 days. No blankets provided for 3rd Guest. No fans or AC . In summer it became a havoc in noon and even in night.

It's a sort of old house converted into hotel, services are not upto the mark, no body to take care of you in the morning, location is good. Clearify all the charges before bookings. Charged 1500 for bonfire, which is 500 in every hotel.
