A great location and a beautiful view can really make a vacation memorable. Enjoying the view of hills and trees from a balcony or sitting area was so peaceful and rejuvenating. Amazing experience with a marvelous view to enjoy with family or friends. Best to chill out. Love their hospitality and service. Best part was their open air dinning area which always add a touch of relaxation and peace every time we had food outside.

Excellent hotel. The property is located at a scenic location with mesmerizing views of the valley. The staff is courteous, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained. Food is very delicious, mouthwatering and has variety of options. The property is very beautiful and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. Great experience😍

Excellent property best location good food good People. Rooms are good . A very comfortable stay. Must visit and stay this property if you are in Mussoorie Mall Road is also near by Best in class property, excellent service and hospitality. Humble and helpful staff.. Excellent food I would highly recommend this wonderful place to visit.

Dont book this hotel Starting with enterance very very steep stairs ... if you are with kids dont think to book it Very very dirty rooms toilets Dirty sheets floor Fungus dust all around Avoid this place Its pathetic....

Stayed here for 2 nights (while the owner was there too). Overall a 3-star experience. - Giving service a 3-star because there's no room cleaning service unless you ask for it. Even when we got the room, I had to ask for the phone to be fixed (it wasn't working) and the sheets to be changed (they were dirty). It would be nice if these things were checked before handing over the room. The food boy was good at handling room service requests so kudos to him. - Geyser was working, but in the morning from 8-9AM there were electricity cuts and the hotel has backup only for lights. So we had to wait for light to come back for hot water. - The food service was great for first two days, but on day third the chef went on a holiday and we were informed in the morning. As we headed out for some coffee, the staff said the checkout time was 10 AM and extra charge would be levied beyond that time. Was able to reason with them by saying the chef isn't available and the nearest coffee place was at least 15 mins away. After a bit of conversation the reception staff agreed. - While the owner was there things were good, but as soon as the owner left, the chef went on a holiday. I don't know if that is a coincidence or not. The owner is trusting of his employees so I don't know how a hotel can run without a chef or having spare chefs. - Also they close the hotel gates at 11 PM, so you can't venture out after that, although there's not much to see at night anyway (all shops close around 9-10 PM) - You'll get towels and soaps here at all 3-star hotels here, so don't expect anything more. Overall the staff is courteous and responds to requests, the view is great also, but the location is far away from Mall Road. I'd suggest the staff to please check that everything in the room is clean and working before handing over the keys. And also offer private vehicles for transport even if at a charge because Mall Road is too far away.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms are in the worst condition, furniture worn out, bathroom not cleaned, loose electrical wires in bathroom & no safety grills for windows, Overall, the hospitality provided by hotel Basera felt far below acceptable standards. They asked us to pay an additional charge for kids food during the stay which was included in our package given by our tour operator, The lack of professionalism, poor communication, inadequate housekeeping, and disrespectful attitude from the staff & management created an extremely disappointing and frustrating stay. Will never recommend this hotel.

Hilux Hospitality's Hotel Diamond has really changed its services. After a long tired drive it's such a relief when you get a comfortable stay in the valley neat and clean rooms services with smile and fabulous food, I have been staying in this hotel from the last five years I must say now it's at its best standards and hospitality. Keep it up really appreciable
