I am writing to provide feedback regarding my parents’ recent stay at your hotel in Mussoorie, which was intended to be a special anniversary trip but turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience. We chose your hotel based on its appealing online presentation and the information provided on MakeMyTrip. However, upon arrival, my parents faced significant challenges that were not disclosed beforehand. They arrived at the hotel at 5 PM, only to discover that the distance to the mall road was grossly misrepresented. The 190 meters mentioned was misleading, as the reality is that private vehicles are not permitted on the mall road after 4 PM. Consequently, they found themselves stuck in a queue for four hours, waiting to reach the hotel via an alternate route. While other hotels were able to send their own vehicles to Ambedkar Chowk with staff assistance for luggage, we repeatedly called your hotel for support. Unfortunately, we were informed that your vehicle was "not working," leaving my parents to carry their own luggage on foot. They had to navigate a steep, descending path for nearly 1.5 hours, which was especially taxing given their age. They finally reached the hotel at 9 PM, exhausted and frustrated, after arriving in Mussoorie at 5 PM. Upon entering their room, they were met with an unbearable stench, which required staff intervention with a spray. Additionally, the bathrooms were leaking and emitted an awful odor. The food served was subpar, adding to their disappointment. On the morning of checkout, the atmosphere in the lobby was chaotic, as a group of younger guests expressed their frustration over similar experiences. They were astonished that my parents managed to handle the ordeal, given the strenuous conditions. Overall, this experience was far from what we anticipated, and it has left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise potential guests to reconsider staying at your hotel, as the service and conditions do not align with what is advertised.

The hotel is quite good, but because it's a fab you can experience a shift of accomodation, by this I mean first they'll confirm your booking in this stay and on the day of stay they'll say that they have moved your stay to some other place.

Best view, clean and spacious rooms and really good customer service. Staff was really polite and the whole experience was awesome

The room has a damp smell .. and unhygienic plus the menu charge is that of a 4 star restaurant. Who charges 30 rs for a water bottle and 50rs for a Nescafe coffee . That's barely hot . And if you are planning to go there in winter take a blanket with you because they won't provide you any heating appliances and the cold breeze will fill the room .

Stayed in hotel for 3 days with family, walkable distance to mall road. good and clean room as shown in websites, service was really good. spacious rooms , great outside view from room and above all well mannered staff. Front office Manager was very cooperative and helpful. Great stay..
