Hotel Seven Oaks

I recently had a pleasure staying at 7 oaks and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel provides excellent amenities among other things. Although, it’s a bit from Mall Road, they offer free pickup and drop off services to the market, which was very convenient. It was a pleasant stay and i’d definitely recommend it

A great stay! The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and polite. The amenities were excellent. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Disappointed stay with untrained staff and filthy room and rigid reception staff. Breakfast and dinner half board meals will remain same throughout all days including the desert options and placement of meals for buffet. roads are in bad shape and it takes a lot of effort to convince local staff to even do room cleaning. Good staff members are no longer working. Not a recommended one with such high pricing of 6K per night. Much better options available. Don't visit.

I visited this property for a 2 day stay with my family. It was a fantastic experience for all of us as Vijay along with other staff members provided excellent service. The food was amazing & we enjoyed all three meals within the property. The property is conveniently located within a walking distance of 8 mins from the mall road. Would definitely visit next time.

I recently stayed at the 7 Oaks Hotel in Masoori and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The hotel was under construction, and the entire premises were covered in dust. The restaurant had only one staff member, who was overworked and struggled to attend to all the guests. There was no room service available, which was particularly challenging for elderly people. Upon arrival, we were instructed to stop our car 500 meters before the hotel, in a construction area with a narrow lane that was barely passable. The lane was so narrow that even a thin person would have difficulty walking through it, and there were large holes in the road. To make matters worse, there were no streetlights, and we had to navigate this treacherous path with three small children and toddlers. The restaurant had a limited menu with only four dishes to choose from. The corridors and rooms were filled with cement and dust, making it feel like we were on a construction site rather than a hotel. We had come to Masoori to enjoy the natural beauty, but our stay at 7 Oaks Hotel was a nightmare. The hotel's unprofessional and dirty conditions made for a worst-ever experience. I would strongly advise against visiting this hotel until they complete their construction and improve their services. Rating: 1/5

I stayed in this property for 2 nights and I was really impressed with the services, food, cleanliness, hospitality, staff and the location. I will definitely recommend this property for stay when in Mussorie, Mall road is very nearby and all the major attractions too are nearby. Most important view from this hotel is superb. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Services are top notch, well done all the staff 👍

Was planning a trip to Mussoorie with my friends when i was looking for stay options in Mussoorie. I stumbled upon this property online and quickly had a look at the property pictures/reviews and deals. It seemed impressive to me and my friend and we went ahead and booked 2 of their Executive Rooms which were with balcony and offered valley views. The Hotel is situated on Camel’s Back Road and they offer free pick-up & drop facility to The Mall Road which otherwise is a short 10 min walk from the hotel. Hotel’s staff is very helpful and courteous . And room service is also there which is fast as well. The restaurant offers Buffet Breakfast and Dinner as well and serves Indian Food , Chinese Food. Major tourist places are all nearby Property also offers parking space for about 4-5 cars in their own premises and vallet service is also available . Overall i would rate this stay as nice comfortable and recommended for families as well.

Hotel Seven Oaks is located on the road close to the Mall road. It is about 700meters from the Mall road. The roads are narrow in Mussoorie. We took the Executive Room which also has a balcony. The view was amazing from the balcony especially during morning and evening times. The bathroom were clean. The breakfast was good if not great. The restaurant needs a thorough cleanliness as there are marks everywhere. We stayed here for 3days and tried variety of food items. The Puri with bhajji was good in taste. The Chola Bhatura was delicious. The idli was soft but sambar tasted funny, not sure what we tasted. The breads are always good in the hills. But the real deal was their paratha's, very soft, filling and tasty. They also had poha, curd and a cut fruit. The bed is good and they also provide extra blanket. The only issue we had was due to some civil works the roads were dig up. They do have a free drop and pick facility from the Mall road.
