I recently stayed at The Pearl Hotel by DLS Hotels for three nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The building itself shows its age, with a bit of wear and tear noticeable in some areas, but that adds to its charm rather than detracts from it. The interior is well-maintained, with a touch of classic elegance that creates a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. While the décor leaned towards the traditional side, it was tastefully done. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like fresh linens and complimentary toiletries. The food at the in-house restaurant was another highlight. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes. The dining area had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making meals an enjoyable part of the stay. Although the hotel’s age was evident, it didn’t impact the overall experience. Hotel is located near by mall road. Well maintained hotel, Staff is very supportive. Food quality is so nice , friendly staff . We enjoyed our in valley view area with bonfire. Weather is so cool but we had a memorable stay. |We'll say thanks everyone to make our stay comfortable.

The mail attraction here in the hotel is the ‘HOSPITALITY’. The staff was very friendly, quick to respond, always have a smile on their face and more over very responsible. I specially had a nice stay with perfect view where I get to enjoy winter line everyday. I highly recommend DLS pearl for an unforgettable experience.

Nice hotel to stay in mussoorie. It's close by mall road. Staff is so well mannered and ice service provided. Food quality is excellent and rooms are so cleaned. 24hours hot water available. Wi fi also good. Out side valley view area is awesome.

Location having problem of car parking. Service is nice but not available on serving food and breakfast. Manager service is nice. Specially Mr Joshi. He is very helpful and kind in nature.

Very good hotel, we stayed there three days with student group and had a memorable stay. Hotel staff is very nice and cooperative. Mr . Naresh Joshi is best' manager. His hospitality is amazing. Excellent breakfast with Lunch and dinner. Everyone enjoyed the food .

Everything was good and served us in a very good way. Mr Naresh Joshi who was the manager of the hotel was very polite and kind hearted person, helped us a lot in every possible manner. Overall experience was very Good 😊😊
