Hotel Mussoorie Club (By Applewood hotels and resorts)

It was a short one-day stay, but a fantastic one. I found all the staff to be very friendly and warm. Great assistant throughout our stay by the staff . The lush greenery inside the property makes you forget you're in the middle of a city. Best was the food, couldn't fault a single item on the buffet. Rooms were very well maintained, and the balcony was mosquitoes and insects free. Overall one of the best among the nearby properties that we have explored before.

my recent stay at the hotel unfortunately fell short of expectations. The room quality was not up to par, as there were noticeable odors that impacted the overall experience. Staff behavior is very rude and i don't expect this type of behavior from those people.

This hotel is closed but the idiot owners are still charging money for bookings. I had to face harrassment because of these people, trying to find another hotel after reaching the location.

It was a very worst experience, firstly we booked the hotel in advance when we reach there the rooms which they are providing are not the one which we actually booked. Later we decided to leave the hotel and they are more money minded, rooms are very tidy. Staff is behaving like a frustrated guy. So if anyone is going to such beautiful place in uttarakhand then please book hotels accordingly because it will shape the quality of your journey.

Probably one of the worst experiences i’ve had after traveling internationally and with India. The staff behaves as if they are unaware of what’s going on around them. The so called clean rooms have to cleaned again once you check in. The sheets are in dire condition to be changed because each and every sheet they replaced had some form of stain. No towels, dustbin, or even a basic soap was provided. Without knowing i even rented a scooter from them and without knowing I had to still walk because within mall road rented scooters are not allowed and then i had to use a back road which is extremely steep and dangerous. I personally wouldn’t recommend a stay unless there’s a dire need.

I was here last week. The hotel is at a very good location, near mall road and bus stand as well. Everything is available nearby. The room was good and service was also nice. The receptionists were really well mannered. It’s a nice place and one can look for it. It’s at a very peaceful place and parking is also available. Best part is very very close to mall road and bus stand.

The rooms are not clean. The staff too didnt behave well. The price also high. You can get much better rooms than this at less price in same area. Dont trust the good photos shown on google or provided by them.

Worst hotel with worst possible staff and owner, we had book the hotel after contacting them and recieving some beautiful pics of room a night before and paid them half of money. When we reached there rooms were completely different and very very bad and they had taken rest money also, when we argue they had refunded only 20% of money and taken rest without any service. They are absolute fraud nothing else. Never book this hotel they are fraud nothing else.
