Great location. Amazing staff and an overall great experience. The staff is extremely accommodating and they keep the establishment running smoothly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Out of everyone from the hotel staff Manoj was extremely helpful and has recommended some of the best places in and around Mussoorie.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK: I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Novello in Mussoorie. I had booked the hotel in advance and paid Rs. 3000 as an advance. The hotel management assured us during booking that the property was right on Mall Road, near Picture Palace, which was a priority for us since I was traveling with family and wanted convenience. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the hotel was neither on Mall Road nor close to Picture Palace, but a steep 7-10 minute uphill walk away. This made it extremely inconvenient, especially with family. When we raised this with the staff, they outright denied ever claiming that the hotel was on Mall Road, which was frustrating. They refused to acknowledge their misleading information and did not offer any kind of refund or solution to our problem. The lack of transparency and poor customer service made this the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would not recommend Hotel Novello to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable stay in Mussoorie.

Great experience. Super clean rooms and washrooms are clean. Most important is awesome hill view and city view from the hotel balcony. Awesome food. Helpful and courteous staff. Overall great experience. Will visit again.

The location of Hotel Novello is very misleading. They claimed it was on Mall Road, but in reality, it’s a steep 7-10 minute walk uphill, far from the main area. Not convenient at all, especially if you’re traveling with family. Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for easy access to Mall Road.

The Novello is absolutely amazing! From the moment you step foot in the hotel, you'll be greeted with warm hospitality and a beautiful ambiance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you with anything you need. And let's not forget about the delicious food they serve at their restaurant. It's a culinary delight! Overall, I highly recommend The Novello for a fantastic stay in Mansoori.
