Too expensive than room quality In the room there is no ventilation and the bathroom is not in good condition Charging points are not available in some rooms and fans also.

Hotel is 2 star. Rooms are bit old and without proper ventilation. You cannot reach here by car or bus. You have to park the vehicle somewhere and have to walk with luggage or hire porter for it. Food quality is good, room service is available. TV is available and staff is also polite. But if you want trendy rooms you should avoid this and check some which are easily accessible.

The hotel is too cold in winters you will feel like you have paid money to sleep on the road with a blanket. You will not feel good staying here. I have never experience hotel where I can see my foggy breath because all other hotels were cozy/warm inside. But this Hotel Charlene rooms do not have good insulation. I could see foggy breath while I was in blankets. At last I had to wear cap in blankets 😰😩. They will charge ₹500 for the room heater which was more than the half of the total room cost. Please take my words seriously, I am not exaggerating. I would not recommend this. The 2⭐⭐ are only because the staff was good.

Best experience with low tarif for stay, amenities & services provided. Cost just 800/- per day including all taxes. Room has two sofa including one table. One king size bed with double bedded mattress. Simply amazing experience.

A real good place to stay near mall road. The rooms are spacious and were inexpensive compared to the services available. The view is good. And breakfast is served in room. Quality of food is good enough. Staff is courteous and helpful in every way possible. Location is perfect. Near the church and just a lane below mall road.

This hotel has stopped accepting bookings via OYO because OYO is a fraudster. My congratulations to hotel management for teaching a lesson to OYO. This hotel has an excellent location and you wont need a car to visit mall road. It is also at a walking distance from central parking and bus stand. I can recommend this hotel without hesitation to couples and families. They have their own parking too. Room service was ok. I recommend hotel management to upgrade their bedsheets and curtains to provide better comfort for guests.

The staff were trying to be helpful and did what they could which was pretty limited .||||It was cheap, however, the images of the hotel and rooms did not bear any resemblance to the photographs on booking .com or the OYO website .|| ||The walls in our room looked as though previous residents had spat on them- not particularly clean . ||||Very cold , bedding did not seem clean There is no daily or even once in a four days cleaning service . they did provide us with extra duvet which looked positively filthy ||||when we aksed for heater they were going to charge us R 500.00 per day as we only in at night it did not seem wirth it . After some persistence we did managed to get a heater for nothing . we stayed for 4 nights - far too many!||||Not suitable for foreign travellers. There was no daily cleaning service not quite certain how this works . we there for four nights and no one cleaned the room !
