Zone Connect by The Park Mussoorie

Overall stay was very good. Hotel staff is very approachable and helpful. Food quality and taste was good too. I would highly recommend this place as it's very close to the main mall road of mussoorie, good connectivity and you will get lot of good cafes around this place. Nice place, family vibes, good location @ center of Mall Road , The staff is courteous. Breakfast was tasty and healthy. Little walk from market but worth with the nice Mall Road view. View from the hotel is superb . Can stare forever and a view to die for

Till 2023, it used to be Nand Resisdancy and the tariff was around rs.2500 with breakfast which was worth the price and in that amount the amenities were good and the staff was not that well trained but handled the queries well enough. It used to be one of our staple hotel whenever we used to visit Mussoorie. ||||Now the Park has taken over this boutique hotel and changed it to Zone Connect. ||The tariff was Rs. 6500 for the same room, without any evident changes in it's amenities. The staff is intern who just knows how to check in and check out people. Breakfast buffet was included in the price but the spread wasn't there. Instead they took orders and served it on the table. ||Location to reach the hotel has always been dicey. ||So, if you are reach Mussoorie between 4pm to 10pm, you cannot the main road of Mussoorie and need to park at the Picture Palace. From there you can take a coolie for your luggage for 100m - 150m for taxi stand. The taxi stand will take you to your hotel. Kindly include those cost in your budget. ||The location of this hotel is through very narrow roads and please do not follow GPS for this otherwise you would be in a pickle at the end as it takes from Kalsang restaurant and a very narrow and quite steep lane leads to this hotel. God forbid if another car is coming from the opposite side and then it is extremely difficult and dangerous. My car cannot even fit into that lane so take camel's back road from green restaurant if you want to reach this hotel which I again would insist is not worth at that price. They will not upgrade your room with common terrace as a complimentary even if those rooms are available. Extra 1000 is charged. I think they don't have that authority anymore. ||Games room which was earlier available is not anymore till November 2024. In future, I don't know. I remember, earlier they used to have billiards but now no activity room is there. ||Restaurant including room service closes at 10pm. ||Overall, I will not be staying in Zone Connect anymore cuz now it's not worth this price at all.

Excellent Stay with courteous staff and well maintained property.|The staff was cooperative and had an excellent service, room are well maintained with proper Hygiene. Overall good experience and stay with family. |Food was also good. We had a great stay with Family for 2 days.

Superb stay. Perfect location very close to mall road, scenic views. Hospitality & room service was best. Restaurant taste is very good. Price is very economical & perfect value for the money. Overall - must stay for close proximity to mussorie mall road & nearby attractions.

Hotel is good and the staff is super cooperative and soft spoken everyone in the hotel is ready to help at any time also they are helpfull for other services aalso.hotel facilities are good they have very good breakfast also view from hotel is good.

The overall stay was good, only point is about the rooms which are toward the back side. Food is good and location wise prefer rooms towards the outer side. There’s a lot of suffocation on that side. Don’t prefer Room No 15, 14 and 13 which is next to the exit as there are lot of noises. Previously I mentioned there services are good related to the attentiveness of the staff, but I am at present changing my words. I had called for the water since 9:30 in the morning and haven’t got that. Later got that during check out.

Just 50 meters from Mall Road. It is on the road just besides kalsang restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms are apt and clean. The breakfast menu is decent, but the service is a bit messed up. They don't have buffet lunch and dinner. Rooms have partial/diagonal views of the valley. They give you complimentary pickup and drop to Mall Road (The Green Vegetarian Restaurant)
