Hotel North Wood

New hotel, great stay. This hotel is situated near Picture Palace end of the Mall Road. Room was spacious with lots of light entering from the balcony. Amenities offered were good. My room had all weather A.C. installed which saved us from cold weather (temperature used to drop to 8 - 10 after sunset). Staff was courteous and always willing to help. Front desk staff arranged a rental two wheeler for our trips around Mussoorie. Breakfast menu was same for first two days of our stay. We stayed for 3 days at this property. Menu was changed for day 3 of our stay after we informed front desk staff. Only issue we faced was bedsheets & duvet cover. Apparently they were not looking clean. But after contacting staff same was changed immediately. Many famous restaurants, eating joints & sweet shops are within 500 mts distance from this hotel.

Highly recommend this hotel. The place matched the photos and the food, staff and their hospitality was beyond amazing. Really enjoyed it stay here. The room was clean nice and hotel is really well maintained and new. Thank you to the amazing staff there.

This hotel is amazing. Location is just 150 meters from Picture Palace. Rooms are more than awesome. Room has everything someone can think of. They provided heater for free which was also amazing. Washrooms were extremely modern. People must choose this hotel when visiting Mussoorie.

We had an amazing stay at North Wood. The staff was exceptional - polite, well-trained, and always ready to assist. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a suite, which added to the overall luxury of our experience. Even when we faced a minor issue with a local, the hotel staff went above and beyond to support us. We highly recommend this hotel!

Parking is a major issue if you are coming by your vehicle, we had to park 1-2 km away from the hotel paying 400 for a day. You have to pay 150 more to enter mall road, so please consider all these things before booking. Apart from parking issue everything was very good( food, cleanliness, room, amenities). They have maintained their property very well.

We stayed at a king room for 2 days. It was a good experience, barely any flaws were noticed. The breakfast was healthy yet tasty. Recommended to visit. A suggestion for the hotel would be to provide with welcome drinks when a guest arrives. Thank You

Hotel is quiet, and the staff is very friendly and kind. Location is on the mall road yet quiet enough to get a good night's rest. The staff addressed our concerns and requests promptly. The rooms are good sized with all amenities to make your stay comfortable. The extra bed was provided as per our request. The bathrooms are equipped with all basic amenities. The food including breakfast was tasty and fresh. The menu is good and has something for everyone's taste and is prepared freshly. We all enjoyed our stay thoroughly and hope to visit again.

This hotel was amazing. We took 2 rooms (3 occupancy) and the view from each room was superb. Room amenities were nice. Moreover, service of the resort was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
