While booking we had some uncertainty with those negative reviews. But thankfully we had a lovely weekend here. The hotel is very well situated. If you have a family with you with kids, ladies then you are in the perfect spot. Everything is close by. And I don’t need to tell you what you can do here in Mussoorie! Now the place you will be for a very few hours which is the room! You get all the basic amenities like TV, WIFI, 24/7 hot water supply. If you don’t feel like going out for lunch or dinner, they have a in hotel chicken which is both veg and non veg. Also, the service is quick and staff is friendly.

Its was a worst experience in my life, room quality is very bad every thing is damaged light/ switches/ tab / furniture / curtains and water Jar also. There is no view from room only in balcony room valley view is available. Very Smelly room I asked to hotel owner for change the room but he said no other room is available but his sold many room till the evening that means rooms is available not they don't want to shift. I asked to repair light and washroom jet tab but they don't do any thing. Price of the hotel doesn't match their services. It's a very old property and they don't maintain their property. For worth its a lesser than 1000 Rs hotel only but they charged 3000 for normal room and 5500 for balcony room. Just because of long weekend they increases the prices not services. If you don't have any option for stay so you can consider this hotel as a government dharmshala. Location is the only good part of that hotel center of Mall Road. Car parking is available.
