Hidden charges in service. The location is very good very close to Mall Road in Mussoorie. Tariff is a bit on the upward side.

Pratibha you’re the manager of the villa how can you comment on your own villa,it was a very bad experience the worst we have ever had i would never recommend this to anyone.no proper communication and the management is so bad,the condition of the villa is bad the linen is torn from various places,the wash basins were not bolted and it fell on us ,blinds were not working and you people were not ready to accept your mistakes and even the owner of the villa.There is no accessibility to the villa we had to walk with the luggage to reach the villa when we were informed prior that tempo traveller can go till the villa.it was a very disappointing experience HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENCED THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK!!
