Amazing room quality, friendly manager and owner. If you are interested in also having good food including tasty Mumbai snacks, or delicious south Indian... do come and stay here. Its walking distance from AIIMS and you will also find moving transport like E-rickshaw or Auto during normal hours. Location is safe and good.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for one night as part of a package arranged by my travel planner. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by the planner. To make matters worse, the hotel experience was equally disappointing. The hotel staff, in coordination with the planner, pressured us not to check out until we made an additional payment—even though we had already paid the planner in advance. We had withheld a small amount intentionally to ensure the planner didn't deceive us, but the way the hotel staff handled the situation felt quite intimidating. Overall, the experience was very stressful and unpleasant. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel

The rooms have very dirty smelling pillows that stink the entire room. I asked for a room change, same issue there two. I asked for bedding change, it was rejected. I checked in at 1 AM and am tired of the travel and just want to sleep off. They offered me a refund and asked me to leave, where would I go looking for a room at 2 AM in the morning

Comfortable location with easy access to all places in Rishikesh. Secure to stay here. Neat and clean rooms. Polite and humble staff behaviour. Hygenic and fresh food with room service or decent in house restaurant. Living and eating is under affordable rates.

The breakfast was not good. Rooms were clean and neat. Why do they ask elderly old Man (hotel staff) to load up or load down the tourist luggage. It's not about work. It's about moral values. Shame on such owner and the other staff also.

The food was delicious, mouth melting here and the services of hotel was very good. No issue with parking space also. Most important they feel us like home...our kids enjoyed a lot..

My trip was quite short but as a frequent traveler I enjoyed staying at Hotel 7 seas. I checked in late and the staff helped me with the adjustments. Room was clean and comfortable equipped with all basic items. Himanshu the guy at counter was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed quick bites of coffee with vada pao. I must recommend the hotel for stay as there are affordable street food options and restaurants.
