Tapovan New Residency By FTP Hotels

We booked the hotel very last minute and were lucky to have got the room. The hotel is very affordable and gives good comfort rooms for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff is very supportive and cooperative. There were few issues in our room bathroom but the staff was helpful in providing resolution. The approach road to hotel is very narrow but otherwise the location is very close to Lakshman Jhula and Beatles cafe is very near by. Overall we had pleasant stay and would recommend to those looking for decent, near and clean facility at very very affordable price.

The location can be a bit confusing as no public transport will drop you directly at the hotel doorstep. From the main road corner, it’s about a 100-meter walk into the street (you can find direction boards—just follow them into the alley). Check-in was smooth, even though we arrived around midnight. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We had booked the comfort rooms but discovered that they don’t have open-view windows or balconies, as those features are only available in the premium rooms. This was our oversight, as we missed checking on that detail. Other than that, the room was neat and clean, and the washroom was well-maintained. The room had decent space, but the exhaust fan was a bit small, causing the room to become a bit stuffy and smelly when you returned from an outing. It took a while for the air to circulate and clear out the odor. The hotel offers dining options, a separate yoga section, and ample parking space for both cars and motorcycles. The environment is soothing and peaceful, with great cafes and eateries nearby, and local shops for everyday items. The hotel staff are very respectful, helpful, and professional. While there are a few small areas for improvement, my overall experience was amazing and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to others. Surely will visit again.

I was very excited for my stay in tapovan new residency based on photos and review on the net but was deeply dissatisfied with the services. We were a group of 21 the staff was not accommodating with helping us settle after a strenuous trek. The rooms were not cleaned and bathroom had stains and hair from previous stay. The staff was not courteous enough to come to the rooms and help us resolve the issues overall an average stay.

We stayed at this property with family. Rooms are good neat and clean , sufficient room size for 2-3 members and food served was too delicious. I would recommend this property for budget stay with good hospitality and delicious food taste. Hotel staff and management team was cooperative in every aspect. Thank you guys really enjoyed

Staff was cooperative and management team was also helpful. Definately good stay and delicious food. Rooms and property was clean and hygiene. Thank you guys. Anybody can visit this hotel if you are looking for budget stay with 5 star facilities and services.
