This hotel was outstanding from start to finish. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring every need was met with a smile. Rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. The location is ideal for sightseeing and easily accessible. Highly recommended

Loved everything about this hotel! From the welcoming staff to the beautifully designed rooms, everything was perfect. The location is superb, with easy access to shopping areas and dining options. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty food. Great value for the price!

Only if I could, I would give this hotel 0 stars. Staff talks in a very condescending manner. They have zero value for the money paid by guests. Room and washroom stinks like gutter. They don't have any powerbackup, so if there's no power- even fans won't work. Rooms have see through glasses. 0 hospitality. Highly non-recommended.

Scam alert🚨 Guys do not fall after seeing the pictures. Here i will tell you the reality in detail. 1. Rooms will smell like not clean from months. 2. Bathrooms also the same 3. Hospatlity is zero Do not book this hotel online because they are having no refund on cancellation and even for no checkin rules are same. I booked by agoda and i faced the same issue with this hotel. I am attaching the pictures of bathroom have a look.

Very bed experience, I request pls check review before checking in this hotel, we check on 9/12/2024 at 5.15 pm, at rate 1100/-, after that they demand 300/- extra for stay there we don't have any option because we paid previously and came from long journey my baby want rest... Staff behavior is very rude, even they don't gave us water bottle... Mr. Kundan & govind behaviour were so horrible... Room is dirty, no proper bedsheets or blanket was there, no car parking available ,they even got food they told cook is not available.... Don't go such a place where u can't spend a night... Next day we met someone locals who also told us staff is very rude there no one wants to came again to them.... I have record how they treat us, have photo of hotel, Atleast owner should be came to know that his staff were ruined his business.... Highly Dis Recommended....

Never visit this hotel I repeat Never!! There is literally no hospitality in the staff members we booked a room paid 3k and when we came to the hotel the room was smelling and when we asked the staff they did nothing and after we settled in our room the light was gone for 30 minutes straight asked hotel staff they told us they will only use inverter in the night that too alternatively absolutely worthless staff!! We immediately checked out and money was at loss but a hotel staff this rude should be put to an end by never visiting their hotel .so I kindly request you to save your hard earned money and Never book this hotel

Worst experience ever...we went there last month and the experience was extremely horrible. Rooms were uncleaned and stinky, felt claustrophobic and it felt like breathing dust. We were charged for balcony room yet given the normal ones, there was a constant construction noise and there was a electricity power cut for about 5 hours. Staff was extremely rude especially the receptionist Mr. Kundan (beware of him if you visit), he even denied us basic needs such as drinking water and a room cleanup. The AC was not working and it felt like an oven inside, we booked 3 rooms and the conditions were same for every room. We booked the hotel for 3 days but left after 1 night's stay because the rooms were simply too miserable to live in, if we had stayed any longer, not only would it have ruined our minds but our whole trip. Mr Kundan was extremely rude and was continuously misbehaving with every guest present there. I would strongly recommend not going there, it would be better to simply not go on a trip rather than staying in that pile of trash of a hotel.

The hotel yog tapovan in laxman jhula was a wonderful experience, a quiet spot near the mountain . Rooms are beautiful.rooms are clean.i always choose this hotel.
