Absolutely terrible and clumsy experience. The hotel was extremely unhygienic and dirty from the moment we arrived. The service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. In the restaurant, one of the chairs had broken legs and a guest actually fell on his head — shocking and completely unacceptable. To make things worse, the staff kept entering rooms and even the washroom with their shoes on, showing zero respect for cleanliness or privacy. The washroom was full of tobacco spits not even cared to clean before check-in. The bedsheets, blankets had spots on them. No towels provided and when asked they gave just one towel for 3 guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was terrible—staff were unhelpful, and it felt like they didn’t care about guests at all. The room was not properly cleaned, and the amenities were lacking. On top of that, we have booked premium room with balcony but when I have seen the balcony its only for one person stand and dirty with no view . Any requests we made were either ignored or took forever to be addressed. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not recommend staying here.

Very bad experience at this hotel, very very dirty, staff are not too friendly, housekeeping is not so good, dirty room, breakfast was not on time. We had to wake up the kitchen staff at 8:20 am and breakfast starts at 8:30 am. Very dirty kitchen, breakfast table was not cleaned from yesterday. Advise not to stay at this hotel for the price. Looks like guest house and dirty facility. Rooms are not for foreigners.

Very clean and hygienic rooms. Food services and staff on top. You can trust this property. Top most location in rishikesh. You can also book rafting and other adventure activities in Uttarakhand from here. Char dham yatra services also provided here. Nearby from Rishikesh bus stand and laxman jhula.

Had the worst experience at this Hotel. Washrooms were very super dirty and unhygienic. Bedsheets and towels had spots on them. We had 6 rooms of which 1 was given 2 hour's later after the check in time. Towels were given after 3pm. No electricity in the hotel. Overall our one night stay at this hotel was a nightmare.

The rooms were big and clean, We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel which was tasty. Restaurant was on top floor, you can view surrounding from there. We were 5 couples. Staff was good in nature. Early morning/late night tea/snacks were not available due to kitchen timings.

Terrible experience. Very unhygienic and dirty rooms. Worst customer service. Staff entering rooms with their shoes on. Not at all a 3 star hotel.
