Worst experience ever... Ruined my entire trip. The staffs were very rude. There was nothing available in the name of service. They only focus to make money from their customers. Rooms were also stinking.. Cockroaches started coming out of the washroom while I was sleeping on floor on the extra mattress

No professionalism at all. We already booked the hotel room in advance but they were making us change the room to some other small and bad room in some other hotel after 1 day of stay cause someone else booked it after us. Provided nothing in the name of service. Only the room and bathroom is big but no service, there was a mouse running near bed. And asked us to cooperate cause they did the mistake of booking while we were travelling with aged people.

If possible I would have given zero stars even in negative number . Mr. Vinit on reception is very rude and even abuse. Very bad service . Very bad food. Even don’t allowed my guests to sit in reception. Wastage of money . Not worth at all

Thank you so much owners of this house. I lived here one week. And this hotel got me the house. I adored to have very taste breakfast and lunch and dinner. So careful and kind people who works here. Very comfortable room, huge bad and cozy pillow. My dreams were so calm. And location for me is great, and it is the centre of Tapovan. This place is Forever in my heart. Thank you so much🫶🙏

Best location , easy to reach by Scorpio. You will get kitchen to cook for yourself if you like. Night terrace arrangements was nice.

Good service and clean property with working hot water for the shower, free water refill available, tea and kettle… nice welcoming and breakfast. Still some noise can be heard from the road, mostly on weekends, but bearable. Very convenient location in Tapovan. Thanks for hosting us.
