Very poor staff. The guy at the reception doesn’t have manners to talk and very rude personality. Poor services at all. Prices are different at the time of checkout and checkin. Timings are different at the time of checkout. No coordination at all.

The owner is very Greedy despite booking in advance he gave the rooms to someone else and told the staff to decline us the rooms. We left stranded however after telling him about my influence he let us in. The staff is also very bad they don't provide anything and you have to do everything on your own . They promise to give room with ganga view which they decline even after giving more the price. Their Geyser gave electric current to my mother due to improper wiring but they hardly care.Sorry I didn't get sufficient time for the pictures They are greedy and don't go specially with family Rishikesh tourism is also going like Goa.

The guy at the reception doesn't have the manners to talk. If talking about location this is very near to triveni ghat. But I would recommend not to go for this one as he is not at all friendly and always behaves rudely.

If you are looking for customer service then dont go for this one. Doesn’t provided towels water bottles. They are not picking up the calls even if you try 100 times. All linen are not properly washed and was smelling really bad.

The worst service of the staff, no cleanliness at all, bedsheets are not clean, no ventilation in washroom. They don't provide towels when ask on time. Waste of money
