Very rude staff they were drunk at sat at the reception.when we asked for the wifi password they were so rude..there is no 1 at the reception to help you at the night time if there is an emergency no 1 from hotel is available they just lock you from the outside any leave

It’s near triveni ghat and transportation is easily available from here. For food restaurants like rajasthani and saket serves mouth watering food. The hotel is nice providing a good cooperative staff. It was a comfortable stay and a family environment. All though don’t expect a luxurious stay but you can expect a comfortable and affordable stay .

We only saw one room in this hotel as the owner insisted that it was the only room free (even though we hardly saw anyone else there and there were a dozen keys behind the desk). The windows were covered so we had no view, and the bathroom was a bit grim. Mainly this was because the shower had no shower head, so it was basically a big tap, and there was no hot water available at all. The manager said he'd get a boy to heat some up and bring up a bucket, but this never happened. It was also swarming with tiny ants.||||There was a restaurant, but the manager didn't want to let us eat there, insisting we wouldn't like the food. Maybe he was thinking of our weak western stomachs, but I got the impression he just didn't want us in there with all the locals.||||It's not the best location, but it didn't cost too much to get an auto rickshaw to the bridge for Swargashram where all the coolness is. The manager was quite helpful in terms of pointing out where we were on the map and how to get to places, but it was pretty perfunctory.

We were provided a shabby room. Which was overpriced definitely. There were bed bugs all over the bed and on complaining the staff misbehaved with us. Later the manager who was clearly drunk told us to vacate the room at midnight. We therefore had to leave our room at midnight and had to face lot of trouble. I would request everyone never ever to go in this hotel.

Below mentioned reviews are truely genuine and I have faced the same kind of service and behaviour from the hotel staff and the manager. It's my bad luck that I am reading these reviews after checking in. I was shocked to know that the manager is the owner of this hotel who is in his 60s with grey hair. They are so rude and unprofessional and worst thing was that they took money in advance. I have stayed in so many hotels but I have never seen any hotel charging money in advance. SERVICE IS PATHETIC, BEHAVIOUR IS SUPER PATHETIC AND ROOMS ARE JUST ORDINARY. It's much better to stay in some AASHRAM or DHARAMSHALA than staying in this hotel. ||||Note* FOR THOSE WHO ARE VISITING INDIA - RISHIKESH; PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ELSE iTS YOUR CALL

the hotel is good and are clean and spacious. the overall best part of the hotel is the location. the hotel service is also nice only one thing which should look is food price that is alittle high which should be at some in reasonable.
