Worst experience, please don't opt it. If there is an option to give 0 star, I would surely give it. Rooms were way more low of my expectation, cockroaches were roaming around, bedsheets were dirty, feeling itchy while on bed. AS PER ITS PRICE, YOU MAY SURELY GET THE BETTER ONES.

Despite having a confirmed booking, I was shockingly informed upon arrival that the room was sold out. This completely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior caused immense inconvenience to me and my family, who were left stranded and had to roam around in an unfamiliar city looking for alternate accommodation. This level of negligence is unacceptable, especially considering the trust we place in your platform while making reservations. Such behavior not only ruins the travel experience but also damages the credibility of your service. I urge you to take strict and immediate action against Hotel Gangour to ensure that no other customer suffers due to such irresponsible conduct. I also request you to remove this hotel from your listings to maintain the integrity and reliability of your platform. Please update me on the action taken regarding this issue. Very bad experience No geyser facility was there. Door locks r broken. No facility given as compares to tarif . It is so high . The behaviour of the lady sittimg on the counter was too much. Even not less a penny . But the facility they should given as they are fixed with their tarrif

bad & irresponsive services, rude woman receptionist telling us to take any other hotel and they dont care, poor quality of locks used to lock rooms, no towels & bedsheets provided.. Would not recommend anybody to come at this hotel
