Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The room service, reception staff, housekeeping and restaurant were fantastic and top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its overall service, clean and beautiful room, and the amazing view - overlooking the Ganges!

Our Stay at The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace was superb. Everything from our rooms , food at the Restaurant, vibe at the cafe, and the service provided by the staff was awesome. This hotel has stunning views of River Ganga and has a very clean Ghat that one can use for Dip in Ganga or walk by the river. Our Server Soni provided us excellent service and served us food with a happy and smiling face. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Rishikesh.

Its location on the outskirts of town has both advantages and disadvantages; it provides a peaceful atmosphere, but guests should be prepared for a bit of a walk to access the town's amenities. Amazing property with a beautiful location, Ganga is just a view away. Very nice service, the staff was very polite. Their hi tea and breakfast very tasty. Location is the best aspect of staying in this hotel. Yoga in the morning was also bliss. Absolutely recommend to stay at the hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Rishikesh that boasts a convenient location right on the highway with Ghat access and ample parking. The rooms are nice but a bit too fancy for my taste; I prefer more aesthetic and subtle interiors. However, for those who enjoy a fancy interior, it will be a delight. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its proximity to the Ghat. You can visit the Ghat anytime and even take a bath directly from the hotel as they provide the necessary facilities. With off-season rates ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹7,000, it offers a medium-range option for travelers. Additionally, it’s a safe choice for solo travelers, which is always a big plus. The staff deserves special mention for their politeness and cooperation. Despite calling them 3-4 times, they always listened and responded promptly. Overall, a good stay for those looking for convenience, a fancy interior!

Splendid location. Lot of potential to do better business. Room rent comparatively more expensive as against the general feel in the hotel. Reception and service staff doing the best given the resources available. We have daily bedsheets changes etc on our request. Shout-out to parvinder, Isha and all those who helped us but whose names I am missing out now. They are trying their best given the apparent lack of training and resources. Laundry delivery is also within a day! That's nice. Request to the owners to use a tiny part of their over the top rent charged on its rooms to develop a better colour scheme, deep clean the premise and rooms, and buy new equipment and room decor including higher quality bed sheets, quilts, comforters, pillow covers, towels (they stink!) etc as the current lot is all worn and tacky. Learn from your neighboring hotel which has a similar rent, on how things should actually be done.

Wonderful location and very friendly staff. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Food is very good and we mostly ate in the hotel restaurant. Main attraction is the Ganga ghat, which is just outside the hotel and we attended Ganga Aarti at shatrughan ghat, Parmarth and swargashram which were all very near and walkable distance from the Hotel. Would recommend stay here to everyone.

I recently stayed at The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace in Rishikesh, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect, right by the ghat, offering a serene atmosphere and beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. A special shoutout to the managers and staff, who were exceptionally hospitable and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Their warm and professional service truly made my stay memorable. Highly recommend this gem in Rishikesh!
