Amazing Experience The Lilly Hotel Tapovan was an amazing experience. The team made sure that I was having the best possible stay. I was very comfortable as the rooms were clean, service fast and good, and the facilities were all top notch. location also very good as there are many cafes and things to see and do around that area in tapovan. If you are looking for a more relaxing chill place with good service and working facilities, look no further than The Lily Hotel ! Will definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in rishikesh. It was my second visit to this hotel within a year. Earlier in 2023, I stayed with my family the service was quite good back then. Recently, I visited in April'24 and I was really startled with the hike in per night rates (of course at the name of peak season rates). I still choose to stay for 4 days (as I have stayed last year with my family) hoping that it will be safe as I was travelling solo this year. But I had disheartening experience this time. 1) No cleanliness...corridors, rooms, pillows, bedsheet really have an awful odour. 2) Reception guy is really very rude and shady. Unnecessarily disturbing and asking stupid questions!!! 3) No electricity... So most of the time ac, geyser, and wifi won't work. Forget about the television.... What's the point of charging money at the name of amenities if you can't provide the same? 4) Whether it's day Or night, constantly disturbances and noises in corridors... You can't sleep peacefully. I have hardly slept for 2-3 hrs each night. 5) Hospitality is 0%. I will never visit this hotel again!!

The lily Hotel just adjacent to SBI Bank and one another bank, it is one of the best hotel for 1-2 days stay. Rooms with balcony is best in the range, but rooms without balcony is not up to mark..

Rooms were not clean….No AC, Geyser working..made us to use another room’ washroom for water…And mainly the person at reception, rude and arrogant, he doesn’t know how to talk to customer. You can easily find far better deal in rishikesh in same prices even in weekend.

Hotel was not clean and they had charged the double just because of the high demand of the hotels in Rishikesh. Bathroom seams unclean and unhygienic. Also the hotel don’t know the hospitality. I read lots of peoples mentioned that the staffs are too polite. It’s truth but they politely say they don’t have if I asked for anything like a toothbrush or toothpaste or a slipper. I am attaching few pics which will show the all truth. Pillows are too dirty.

Very rude staff..Manager don’t know how to talk and behave….they made us use another’s washroom because they couldn’t provide water in our room.Geyser was not working. You can find far better deal somewhere else in rishikesh in even less prices even in weekends.

In the given budget range this hotel is good. Rooms are good and clean. You have different size options. I booked a family room where two beds were there. Room size was good enough to host 2 adults and 2 kids. Their room service is quite fast. Fo9d delivery inside room is very fast. In winters rooms are sun facing so that is good advantage. Only concern was that the hotel approach road is quite thin lane and difficult to locate.

Had an amazing experience in the hotel last week. The staff is really very polite, helpful and co-operative. Parking facility, room service, food is commendable. The top hills view from the balcony is mesmerizing. Budget friendly and one can easily visit to Lakshmam jhula, Ram jhula by walking or can opt auto at reasonable prices. As it was my first trip to rishikesh, they also suggested the nearby places to visit. Whenever I will plan to visit Rishikesh, will always choose the Lily Hotel. Highly recommendable if you are planning for family stay.
