Hotel Tapovan Inn

I am visiting Rishikesh AIIMS due to cancer treatment, because of delay in treatment process they give me next day appointment. Due to my health condition i have not taken any risk because of climate and booked this hotel through OYO. Payment done 2 times due to network issue inside hotel, 1st time on OYO and second time on hotelier Payment QR (Due to network issue he offer to Payment on his own Payment QR) but now hotel owner dose not return my money. Currently I am in very bad financial condition also. Please look into this matter seriously and response as soon as possible.

Unsatisfactory service. The staff was extremely rude and we not provided with the basic amenities such as Towels, Soaps and Handwash. Room service was not available. We struggled alot in the new state due to the staff. We were wrongly charged 500₹ extra.

Poor service. No power backup. No cleanliness. Staffs not at all cooperative. Don’t even think of staying in this hotel. Very disappointed

Pathetic service. Worst experience, rude behaviour of the staff and the receptionist. Talks very angrily to the customer when asking about any queries. Plz don't book any room in this hotel. They will cancel the room from their side for no reason and after that they talk very rudely.
