Hotel NV Tapovan, Rishikesh

I had a horrible experience of stay here. The place has all kind of issues from cleanliness to poor maintaince and slow service. Our bed quilt had fungus, towel had holes and cushions were untidy. The room was not cleaned from days. Washroom had cigarette stubs on a shelf. The tv was broken and remote was missing. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I am staying here location is really pictures . Staff is so friendly specially Yash and kailash 👌and food was also very yummy this suggestion from my side please maintain cleanliness I show restaurant washroom that was very dirty

I enjoyed my 4 week stay in this hotel a lot! The room is spacious, bright and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will make you feel right at home. The location is good, close to the main road but a bit more quiet. The food recommended

Good hotel nice clean and peaceful just a minute away from the main road.room Size is good and is budget friendly. Room sizes are also good. I just stayed two days before. Thumbs up to the hotel. But I have no idea about the food as I got no time to eat in the hotel

It is good hotel to stay in Rishikesh.This hotel staff is polite and attentive. Food is also good. Room was clean.If you want a good view from balcony you can ask them for top floor room. They could have provide lift facility. Overall good and pleasant experience.

Stayed there for 1 week. Room service was good. Location was easy to reach. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had a great time.

Very bad experience, because of greedyness of money due to room. Food quality was not good. Rooms were OK but clean. Service was nice but not excellent. Receptionist was arrogant (the one with specs). Though we paid accordingly he asked for extra charge. It was not kid friendly. When I order food from this hotel they said that staff was not available and also outside food was no permited. They forced us to change room though we paid accordingly for the sake of money. Mosquito and roaches were there in the room. Even though there was geyser in the bathroom hot water was not available. Parking system was well managed. Rooms were big enough and staff was co-operative. Ambiance was good. Only preferable for 1 to 2 night stays.

Breakfast great, hotel was individual and great to be in an independent hotel, even if an upgrade would improve things. Staff were very helpful, but younger staff a little raw. Location wonderful for walking and cycling.
