Hotel Kaanha Residency

Rooms were decent and the owner/manager was polite. It’s at walking distance from Laxman jhula. The only downside is that the road is very narrow. If you’ve a tempo traveller then it could be an issue otherwise it’s a good option.

It was highly Comfortable and convenient staying at Kanha residency for us. The rooms are great at this price point and the service is excellent. It is highly accessible as it’s located in the heart of Tapovan with all the tourist attractions nearby. The manager was so helpful and polite.

Me and my friend were at this place about 15 days ago for 2 nights and the place is alright. The rooms are average and the cleanest too. The staff sleeps in the restaurant and as a result, the restaurant doesn't look or smell well. We had breakfast included but it wasn't very nice. The kitchen is very dirty from what I could see the one time I went to call for a coffee. The staff is very rude. I would not recommend this place.

It's a great place if your not going as a family and do not have a car. I mean the price is great. Was there just for 1 night. The road to the hotel is extremely narrow. Yes there is parking but to get to the parking, you have to drive through this road. When driving through the road, there was almost no space for a person to walk on the side. One side of the road is a small ledge. They are installing the lift. And we got a room on the 3rd floor. The service is so so. And the worst part is the hygiene. The place can be great for backpackers if it was maintained. The bathroom was not clean. Posting a picture of one of the pillows with mold on it.

I give it 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. My stay of 8 days was very pleasant. Staff cooperative and well mannered. Breakfast and restaurant food was very good. Clean room, bathroom and bed sheets. Location es super. Close to main street (in a quiet alley), were there are numeral fruit stands, coffee shops, restaurants and ATM. Mr. Gautam a gentleman very willing to make your stay best possible. I would certainly come back.

Near Laxman Jhula, neat and clean, with lift facility hotel. Hotel staff Bharat is very helpful, he arranged scooty and cab for us with the best price. Food is available till midnight.

It is a very budget friendly and safe place to stay in Rishikesh. Apart from supportive and cooperative staff, food is really really delicious. Wifi connection is also good. They also have a little parking space for two wheelers. Rooms are optimum spacious and beds are also comfortable. Overall it was a good experience with Hotel Kaanha Residency.

It is a well maintained hotel. Though it is a new property but clen and good rooms. ||Parking is quite big. Drivers room is also available near by. Food was good with fresh and limited choice. service is ok.
