Hotel Durga Palace

Very dirty room and abusive staff they powercut of room no facility they provided no sense of talk and nothing good in this hotel they said we will not provide anything do what ever you can do. Guys it's your choice choose or leave but I suggest if you are with your family please don't visit here it's not safe literally.

It's a nice place to stay if you are running low on budget. The facilities are quite appreciable. The staff is quite humble and serves you well. The rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. The mattress is quite comfortable to recharge your human battery. And you won't hear the traffic noise during daytime or night time which affects your stay pretty much. You can have a good night sleep.

Very dirty and unhygienic so much smell spread in hotel No parking area No intercom No kitchen in hotel all power board is broken tv is not working no mirror in room and no price according to room is very high and poor service with staff is very irresponsible and non co operative no saftey for girls they are very annoying I stay in this hotel yesterday night with my friend preeti Iim also a gurl they are very rude pls don't go in this hotel totally waiste of money and time I feel such a bad experience

They neither changed bedsheet, nor cleaned room while checkin also to do cost cutting for 10 hours of checkin they did 3 hour of powercut for a/c room. Dirtiest hotel I have ever visited and worst service

The hotel staffs and Management team is very cooperative.The rooms are neat and clean with a affordable price of Rs 2,500/-. Nearly 2.5 km from Laxman Jhula and very good for those who are interested in bungee jumping and flying fox the booking office is near opposite.Parking is small and WiFi is available with slow speed.Food is available at your room with a little more price.

All is good 😊 if I have less budget, and I want to stay, I will prefer Durga palace, it is reasonable, friendly atmosphere, and best thing is- it is in the market.

Very bad hotel. Booked it on ibibo for more than 3500, but the actual rate is 2000 when booking offline. Actually its not a hotel it can be called a guest house. Its a room just like lower middle class family would have in their home. Don't expect to get professional room service. Handles of cupboards are not there. Don't be surprised if you see water hose pipe passing through the main reception of the hotel filling up their water tanki(picture included) . The waiters who do all the work including cleaning, luggage carriers, sleep in front of the main entrance (picture of them also uploaded) There is always light coming from the windows, even when you adjust the curtains so that it can cover the windows below the ac, because there is no curtain below ac. Haha And in some rooms they have put gift paper om the window under the ac 😂 It was a huge mistake to book the hotel or dharmshala to be exact for my family during our trip to rishikesh based on pics uploaded by hotelier. Me and my family laughed throughout our stay and were very disappointed by ita condition. I suggest to book the hotel 2 places behind it- into the unknown hostel. Its a very hip place and adventurous people come there and also they help you in all the activities. Check their fb its cheap too- 900 for a room. And yeah as a foreign tourist mentioned in other review- the person told that their wifi was not working and gave the password of the wifi of the hotel in front of them 😂. I mean this hotel is a MAZAK Also no parking space, they make you park in the parking lot across the road around 80 m from hotel

It was nice experience in The hotel.. Nice rooms,, spacious and the most imp. The Service provided by hotel.. Hotel staff Was gud and management at its best.. Sight seeing views On terrace was awesome.. I rate it as 4 star coz of Well behaviour..
