The location is fantastic close to nature yet not far from major attractions like lakshman jhula. The rooms were spotless and well-furnished, and i loved the peaceful ambiance. The staff was helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

After booking a room here, I was given a room that was full of mold (see photos), at hazardous levels. Also the other available room was full of mold. Very disappointing and shocking, I expected better after reading the other reviews.

Plz read full review!!!!!!!!!!! I wish i could have given 0 Firstly hotel is very off beat location for cars, service is very slow asked 5 times for extra matress, took room no. 402 and it had water sealan/stains. The worst part is we asked them to check out 1hrs lte due to rafting and we need to change, they denied and said they will give us common room to change, we were fine with that. When we came after rafting, they denied and askwd us to change in reception area where 5 foreigners boys were sitting already. We asked for staff or store room even, they denied. Attaching photos for everyone of you to see what we have been through. And we were family with 2 ladies. Dont go on photos, room are very small, they ahve taken apl photos in 0.5x,totally different from what shown. Team of perfect stayz even was non responsive, delayed in rpl and answering calls to avaoid the situation. I had to cancle my mussorie booking on the spot beacause all these problems were there too!! Worst experiance ever!!!!!

Alpine retreat is a good hotel with Good views, but the man which I booked the room online is very rude, I want to cancel next day booking when someone give me his number and I called him on that day he angry on me ams ask me talke with me very rudely that I'm on leave and who give you my personal number, my advance payment I lost, so i will never recommend to book this hotel, I forgot the name of that person but management should loss some business due to this type of person, otherwise ever staff is very good,
