Hotel MJ Hills Rishikesh

Cockroach infested. Dirty, bad location. Staff don't speak English so can't communicate with them. Rooms are not cleaned. We have to constantly ask for clean towels etc. saw a rat running in the lobby on the folds on the roof. Had to leave early one morning and we were locked into the hotel. No one at the front desk to assist had to find out own way. Very bad experience. The water didn't come out of the shower head and was not warm water. The wifi was terrible. I suggest you stay at another place. Really bad service. The person working at the admin office manging the bookings (not located on site) was more helpful.

I stayed here for 3 days in a family room. They only provided 2 bottles of water a day and charged for an extra bottle and getting the normal tap water was so difficult as it takes hours for them to provide the water. Additionally they don't clean the rooms or provide any toiletries, tea and milk solids were given once and never replaced. I included the breakfast and it was the worst experience of my life. They give bread and a toaster and butter for which you have to beg them to provide. The location is also inside a narrow steep street.

The hotel is located in a lane. There was a Smell in bath and light in bath was also insufficient. Linen was pre-used and replaced on request. Intercom was not working. There was noise disturbance in the room from the restaurant above. Overall an average property

I didn't stay much at the hotel except for night so the rooms were clean and quite, the staff members are polite and friendly, the food service is good and their dining area has a great mountain view.

A nice hotel with good food and trained staff. Especially the reception personnel were great. The hotel is located in the middle of Rishikesh. Its rooftop restaurant offers great view at night.

Almost clean rooms. Stayed here for 9 days. Room on the first day had kind of a broken lock, saw a small cockroach too. Room from 2nd day onwards was fine, it was clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff was courteous. It's on a narrow street on an uphill kind of slope. Cars can reach though.

My family had a wonderful stay at Hotel MJ Hills Rishikesh. It was comfortable, affordable, and the host was great. Highly recommended!
