Hotel The Shivaay - Delight Inn Rishikesh

I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and it even came with a radiator, which is very much needed in the winter months. The location was also very good, close to pretty much everything, and with plenty of nice restaurants nearby. But the very best about my stay here was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time there, and were always available.

Every corner, from the rooms to the common areas, was well-maintained and spotless. Food: 3/5 While the taste of the food was fantastic, I found the options somewhat limited, and the kitchen closed earlier than expected. A few more choices on the menu and extended meal timings would have made it perfect. Staff Response: 6/5 The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their helpfulness was truly exceptional – they were proactive, courteous, and always ready to assist. Additional Requirements: 5/5 I appreciated that there were no hidden charges. Everything was offered at standard market rates, which gave me a sense of trust and transparency. Location: 5/5 The hotel is situated in a prime area with all essentials nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. Parking: 4/5 The parking area is on a steep hill, which can be tricky, but the manager personally stepped in to assist, which was a nice touch. Interiors: 5/5 The interiors were beautifully designed and well-maintained, adding a touch of luxury and comfort to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, outstanding staff, and prime location. With a bit more variety in the food options, it would be absolutely perfect!

I stayed here for a month and it was just like home. The staff and management are very professional and kind. Excellent service and the food at the cafe is amazing. I have stayed in several places before but never did a hotel give me a parting gift. They surprised me with a lovely yoga mat to continue my yoga journey. Would highly recommend this place. I felt very safe with the staff and at the hotel. Would love to go back. !

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Shivaay - The Delight Inn last week in Rishikesh. The rooms were very clean and the polite attitude of the hotel staff made our stay very comfortable...they helped us with everything from check in, check out, housekeeping, cab booking and itinerary planning. Thanks a lot for making our stay so comfortable in Rishikesh. Would love to visit again.

We stayed for three nights, the hotel staff was very helpful. Their service deserves 5 stars, especially Rakesh, who helped us arrange bike rent,rafting, and airport drop.. The location is a bit difficult to find, so calling ahead is recommended. Overall, a great experience

Awesome place to stay with all the services and amenities available. It's very well maintained with regular cleaning and provision of all services were available at a phone call. Very close to market which is accessible by foot anytime. A must stay place for anyone who wants to explore rishikesh by staying at an affordable place.

Rooms are good, Staffs are very polite and respectful. They treat you. Food is available in the hotel and food quality is also good and costs are reasonable. Places in Tapovan, this is one of the best hotel you can get.
