The Only thing good about it is its location. The services are next to pathetic. The people (both in the hotel and Restaurant) are illiterate and lack basic etiquette. Hard to believe that they survive to exist with such an unwelcoming attitude. Very unprofessional, arrogant and ill-mannered.

Basically, I went on my family trip. So, this hotel was on my top list. Because I went by my car, I also needed a parking, so I thought it right to take this hotel. The hotel reception had a very nice welcome and they showed me all the rooms which were on different tariffs. Rooms were very nice no smell and proper clean. It was important for me to have a good washroom which I got. I also had my daughter with me who is 10 months old, so I asked her for the heater which they provided to me and also the slippers for me and my wife. The best part was that I was not worried about my daughter's food and milk, the restaurant was ready to provide prompt service every time. I liked it a lot. The staff is also very friendly and polite. Special thanks to all of them.

The location is perfect and it gives you that Beatles vibes as soon as you enter the hotel. Rooms are good. The restaurant has a nice view and the food served was delicious. The only real con I noticed is the limited parking space and long stairs you need to take from parking to the hotel.

Worst hotel ever,don't go there. No ac and no fan was provided.Ac was making so much horrible noice that we thought it is going to blast .On calling the reception at night ,they say no mam no service can be provided. No latch in washroom,so dusty balcony and souvh noice pollution was there ,so smelling bathroom,😞

AC was not cooling and ceiling fan was not there in room.Ac made so much noise in midnight that we thought it was going to blast.Smelly room and bathroom,plus for safety no lach was there in washroom.worse stay ever.

Property is beautiful with lots of open space. Kids enjoyed the garden. Staff is helpful and welcoming.Suraj he was really helpful.Seeing his friendly and happy face at the breakfast was definitely delightful part of the day.
