OYO 85529 Hotel Rishikesh Pride By Crazy Door

The hotel is interesting, one would not be disappointed with this small hotel or it's services. Though, it is not an upscale place, yet it does have an interesting design. Rooms have wooden design which I found relaxing, cozy and the mattress was comfortable too, slept well. It was clean and looked nice. I would have liked it more if the tiny pool had water. Anyway, just pay a visit, if it resonates with your taste. They don't serve tea, which was a little inconvenient for us, but it was fine.

The hotel has been renovated recently and even the staff has changed since my last visit. The location is very convenient and the rooms are very clean. The staff if very polite and my experience this time around has been far better and really good.

First of all, they denied us a room after collecting cash online. Secondly, super rude staff and kept lying about having a short circuit. They were extremely unprofessional and mean. Kept us waiting for 2 hours straight while asking us to reconsider going to a different hotel. Not only that, they were asking us to “cool our temperature” as though it was some easy fix situation. The audacity of these people! Let’s see how you guys flourish with this kind of customer support

We spent two nights here in Crazy Door and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is close to main road. Beautiful, comfortable, well designed hotel/rooms. All staff is fantastic and make you feel at home. The food was very tasty and definitely worth the price. I definitely think this review will help you make the right choice.

We had a great time partying around the hotel's pool area, which has a beautiful outlook. The rooms were pristine and comfy, and the staff was quite helpful in planning my holiday and recommending what to do and when to see it. Everything was amazing except the hotel's location; on the map, it appears to be in numerous locations, and as a result, we had to wander around for quite a long to find it.

This is one of the worst hotels in Rhishikesh, The peoperty owner didn't accept the oyo booking though it is confirmed and amount paid, he(Mohit ) is arrogant and want to man handle people, He mentioned that they have issues with OYO and cannot honor the booking, he took my phone to cancel the booking and gave room for extra price.I booked 2 rooms, he gave 1 room for 6 people.The rooms are filthy, actually the whole place is dirty.Room service boy is not even giving water. All are drinking in the night with music, if you wanted to drink and enjoy the dirty place, this is the place you can stay.Family people should avoid this hotel at any cost, better stay at bus stand or road.

It was a nice place to stay , hotel has been taken by a new owner and the new staff is pretty good and decent . All and all it was a fabulous experience to stay there

Terrible rooms. Crampy, stinky, not well maintained. Bathroom are filthy. Very poor maintenance. Staff is fine but amenities are third class. Bedsheets were torn and stained, the place wasn't clean at all. Definitely would NOT recommend anyone to stay here
