Hotel Chakrah by Hermitage

Chakrah by Hermitage is a lovely place to stay in Rishikesh. The showers are hot, the rooftop dining area is refreshing, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier. They even let me prepare my own instant oats every morning — a gesture that made me feel at home. The location is convenient, near the SBI ATM, which all the Tuktuk drivers know — a big bonus for getting back after a day of exploring. The staff also shared helpful tips on how to reach nearby spots cheaply by bus. Cleanliness was great, especially in the rooms closer to the street, which seemed to get more sunlight and airflow. The WIFI was reliable, and the whole place had a peaceful, welcoming vibe. My only small complaint is that they ran out of napkins for a few days, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value, especially in the slower winter season. Bahut dhanyavaad Ravi, Pratik, and the whole team!

Nice stay. Quiet area. Private room with balcony for very good price. Clean room, bathroom needs better cleaning and some renovation. No food available as the chef was sick. Good restaurants and cafe nearby.

Great experience in Chakrah for me. We 3 friends stayed for a night in the dormitory. Very comfortable accommodation & friendly staff. We were asked by many not to stay here because of low ratings that time, but we stayed anyway & received 5 star-like experiences.

The hotel is very well maintained and managed, rooms are clean and the best thing is food in the cafe which is super healthy and fresh, Staff is very helpful . Recommended hotel....

One of the best stay in rishikesh 🫶🏻💕we stayed there for two days and it was amazing the staff was so humble and everything was just perfect. Now talk about the food it’s also amazing specially the paranthas and their Maggie 🤌🏻😮‍💨💕 thnkx for giving us the good memories 💕🧿

I stay hear for almost 5 days best hotel and staf and owner is awesome vary friendly i was on my bike from surat to rishikesh we are finding hotel I randomly choose the hotel he was surprised and happy to see bike riders bes he was also aa rider and traveler we tok for few hours but he was awesome personality if i will travel to rishikesh i will stay in same hotel CHAKRHA BY HERMITAGE i will share some pics and videos of the hotel
